Terrible! The hygiene was awful! The sheets were yellow and torn, and there were spiders and cockroaches. I didn't even dare to open my suitcase, fearing they'd crawl inside. There was also a very strong, foul odor that woke me up multiple times throughout the night. I didn't dare open the window and stay overnight because it was right by the road and very noisy, and it felt unsafe. There were no toiletries! No disposable slippers or anything! Most importantly, a taxi to T2 cost 50 yuan! If you're considering staying here, you really need to factor in the travel time and cost to and from the airport, along with the hotel's price. The sanitary conditions are truly appalling.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is about a 15-minute drive to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately, the hotel was not very clean. The bedsheets looked quite old, and overall maintenance was poor. Soundproofing is also an issue—I could hear people talking and moving around. In addition, there are very limited restaurant options in the surrounding area

My go to place for layovers in KLIA. Super comfy bed, few restaurants around.

Room is very small and so hot. AC were working weak and not enough for even small room. Cockroach have also there wasn’t shampoo.
