Average stay and food. I already paid full amount for 2 days stay, upon reaching, the room wasn't good, so upgraded the room with extra amount, later stayed for one day and wanted partial cancellation. But the hotel didn't refund the second day stay amount. They simply said mm t booking is done, they will only refund. When called mmt, they said hotel will refund. There should be proper coordination between the two agencies mm t and the hotel, so that customers do not suffer between the two. Easy cancellations be it full or partial should be done. After payment things are not easy
