Horrible service.. the food is not that great on top of it when we requested to clean the around 1:30 pm, before leaving the Hotel and when we came back around 7 pm the room was not cleaned and they lied on face saying we said not to clean the room. And on the contrary we were not in the property. After complaining they were like koi baat nahi Abhi clean ho jayega seriously this was least expected.

Rooms were okay. Toilet seat was broken. Despite rooms being empty, room with compromised view was allotted

I visited Meraki, where I found Mr. Krishna. He is very helpful and soft spoken. I was already full of appetite but due to his behaviour only, me and my companion had drinks and foods. Although, food was delicious. Ambience is almost good and hospitality is at paramount. This is only a thing that makes any hospitality industry at the peak. I suggest everyone who comes to see the beauty of Jharkhand, they must visit here.

Everything was on an average good bur the food was not upto the mark, somehow we managed and after check out, they charged too much for the bedsheets cz of stains, i think white ones can't be left without one such ! otherwise not a memorable one but fine

Average stay and food. I already paid full amount for 2 days stay, upon reaching, the room wasn't good, so upgraded the room with extra amount, later stayed for one day and wanted partial cancellation. But the hotel didn't refund the second day stay amount. They simply said mm t booking is done, they will only refund. When called mmt, they said hotel will refund. There should be proper coordination between the two agencies mm t and the hotel, so that customers do not suffer between the two. Easy cancellations be it full or partial should be done. After payment things are not easy
