Moxy Putrajaya

Is super convenient to get foods and shopping at IOI city mall even though outside the KL city. The hotel service is good. Most important, I like the breakfast, there are a lot of choices!🤩

Overall is ok. Solo friendly, interesting hotel. One thing to improve is the cleanliness on fabric i.e. sofa, a thin layer of dust detected. For toilet, water easily split out, making the toilet area to be wet, this is for improvement also.

The location is good with free parking but they dun top up or vacuum the floor daily.

Good location. Room overall is clean but found out some hidden place with uncleaned item. Hair conditional was not refilled.

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, approachable, and attentive throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the service was consistently good. The location is also very convenient, especially with its direct access to IOI City Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Overall, Moxy Putrajaya delivers great value, comfortable accommodation, and a fun, vibrant environment. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return for another stay.

Excellent location connecting to IOI city mall where you can easily access to various eateries. Good breakfast choices with spacious dining area. The only drawback is very long queue at reception for checking in.

Overall the hotel still looks new and have good maintenance. But the bath towel has smell and looks old.

We stayed at Moxy for 6 nights. Easy access to shopping, food and convention centre. Service was good; daily housekeeping of our room was well done and staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The free bus service from & to the airport was good and on time! Keep up the good job! Would definitely stayed at Moxy on my next trip.

It feels like stepping into a trendy, Instagram-worthy hangout spot the moment you walk in. My twin room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The minimalist yet stylish decor kept the space feeling fresh, and the plush beds made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!
