I got bitten by tsetse flies while out, and the hotel’s on-site doctor came to check on me right away. I also received such warm hospitality from Glory and Moses. Every single staff member remembers guests’ names and personal preferences. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, home to countless birds and all kinds of small wildlife. Near the hotel spa, I even witnessed lions hunting buffalo. All the food is exceptionally fresh and delicious, prepared à la minute by chefs upon order. Our stay at Four Seasons Serengeti was nothing short of fabulous and truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is exceptionally beautiful, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Serengeti. Waking up to the incredible scenery and being so close to nature and wildlife made the experience truly unforgettable. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, genuinely caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. The staff made us feel incredibly special and ensured that every little detail of our stay was taken care of. A very special mention goes to Mr. Ritesh, the chef, who was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to make our dining experiences memorable, paying close attention to our preferences and adding thoughtful personal touches. His passion, dedication, and hospitality truly made a difference. We would also like to extend our appreciation to Chef Mustafa, who was equally wonderful and contributed to the fantastic culinary experience throughout our stay.
