The hotel facilities were a bit dated, but the cleanliness and service were excellent. The hotel environment was beautiful, and you could see elephants from the pool at midday. We were in a car accident in the Serengeti, and although we weren't staying there, the hotel still sent a driver and a doctor to pick us up from the local hospital. We are very grateful for Dr. Till Herbold's help, and the front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging our tickets and connecting us with our driver.

‏An amazing experience. We came for two nights and it was wow Warm, pleasant, very helpful staff. The desire to do the best and to be pleasant and comfortable is amazing. The rooms are very spacious. We took a suite with the pool, the water from it was warm even though it was cool outside. The food is varied and rich. Boma restaurant is great and unique. Highly recommend coming to the place.
