Helpful and friendly staff The hotel is strategic location, near to Lotus mall and near to UITM and UTP. It just that the restaurant next door quite noisy at night until 2am. Not enough rest the next morning

If you’re a light sleeper please avoid this hotel, the restaurant next door operates till midnight 3am very noisy. The room floor and table are dirty.

I didn’t expect much when i booked this hotel. But surprisingly, the hotal is strategically located and nearby few places like Lotus and KFC. The hotel also clean and the room id quite spacious for 2 of us. If you plan to visit UiTM Seri Iskandar or UTP, this hotel is a good choice for you

A budget hotel with cleanliness at a standard level. The room is fairly comfortable, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious compared to most budget hotels. However, facilities are limited as there is no elevator, which might not be convenient for elderly guests or those with large luggage. Overall, it’s suitable for a short and budget-friendly stay.

The room was okay, and the area was good, close to food outlets. However, there was a power cut on the last morning that never came back on. Regardless, it served its purpose as just a place to sleep since I had work in Seri Iskandar.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.

UTP 5 min drive Frontdesk helpful and friendly Housekeeping replace toileteries everytime u hang the "please clean up" Everything just in place. Recommended!!!

Already stated tak mau corner room still get it. Not understand. But 2pm-12pm really a good policy.

We had a good time here in the hotel. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Bathroom is spacious and great.
