bad service and need customer self check in, after that only can accept cash paid by deposit, when call for assistant their ask your go to their other same name hotel pay deposit by card and the reception say only accept cash can't paid card, QR, TNG etc.....

My kid very much like the hotel and would like to come back one day if have the opportunity. Location was very good, near to restaurant, The Mines Shopping Complex and near to our competition place (UPM Serdang). The only issue was the wifi connection. Its very poor. Its connected but loading when we want to browse something. But overall, its a great time to stay at the hotel. My kid very much like it.

Check in late at night. Have to take note on the room cleanliness. Mouldy pillow, rooms with insect and cockroaches 😭😭 The room do have mouldy smell Can’t really sleep well because of the hygiene issue. Only the towel looks new and clean

The room allocated to me has musty smell. The air-cond of the room was broken and not functiong. The same happened to the TV which was not functiong. The room has no jug for drinking water but only two cups.  Sorry I cannot provde the photos about the room as required since I am not aware to provide it if I need to submit my comment. Thanks.

The bed was very dirty and so smelly The blanket didn't wash I can see the stains
