The service was quite good, especially having parking right in front of the hotel.

Nice quiet place to chill. Near the beach so thats a plus

Facilities not much, breakfast provided, the shower already leaking, water temperature cannot control well, car park is provided, room corridor very smelly, inside also smelly, one lift under maintenance, overall the hotel is very old, carpet has smell

The bed sheet and pillows are dusty and has a strange smell. The aircond switches from freezing cold to damp and smelly.

I’ve book king room for outstation jobs. The rooms is average in size compared to picture advertise in Trip apps (below my expectations). The rooms having unpleasant smell that make me uncomfortable throughout the stay. Bathroom is below average where the shower pipe is loose that once i used it slide it down that make myself difficult to control. Breakfast is ok with standard foods but don’t aspect high. Perhaps the hotel mgmt could do better on facilities improvement and foods. Location is absolutely great with restaurants just down the building with supermarket where u could buy any items at once.

Ritz Garden Hotel – Disappointing Stay, Left Early Stayed for what was supposed to be 2 nights, but checked out early after just one. Room: 1/5 – Very old and worn-out. Furniture, fittings, and the overall condition felt neglected. Cleanliness: 1/5 – The room wasn’t clean. Dusty surfaces, musty smell, and generally uncomfortable to stay in. The hotel feels seram dim lighting, dated decor, and an eerie atmosphere. Lack of proper maintenance makes everything feel worse than it should be. We didn’t feel at ease, which is why we left a day early. Unless the place undergoes major refurbishment, I wouldn't recommend it.

The family suite is spacious for a family of 5 with 1 toddler and 2 teenagers. Reasonable price.

Nice hotel, located beside supermarket. Breakfast is good and plenty. Have function halls and karaoke. Housekeeping is friendly and will attend to every of your needs.

Breakfast provided is good even not many choices serve. Furniture a bit old but still in good condition

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok.

Not bad for the price

Not a hotel I will want to visit again.
