Kesinlikle çocuk dostu bir otel. 09.04.2024te başlayan tatilimizde Ana restaurantta Sous chef Özkan GEDİK'e o kadar yoğun çalışma programında ilgisi, önerileri, ve güler yüzü için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten. Umarım hayat bu güler yüzünden hiç bir şey eksiltmez. Kısmet olurda kış tatiline Kaya Uludağ'a gidersek görmek isteyeceğimiz bir şef. Bunum yanında eksiklerinden bahsetmezsek olmaz, havanın değişkenliğinden dolayı kapalı havuzu hergün kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve kapalı havuzda bugün bir problem yaşadık. Çözmek için birkaç telefon etmek durumunda kaldık ve saolsunlar müşteri ilişkilerinden derya hanım hemen bi personel yönlendirerek problemin çözülmesine yardımcı oldu. Bu durumu otelin genel müdür yardımcısı Mustafa KIRCA ile görüşerek 6 yıldan bu yana değişmesi gerekenler, bugün yaşanan problemler, ve değişmeyen ve tercih sebeplerimizden olan konuları konuştuk. Saolsun fikirlerimizi ve şikayetlerimizi dikkate alarak çok güzel bir konuşma ortamı oldu. Ve yaşadığımız problemleri telafi etmek adına çok güzel bir jest hazırlayarak odamıza gönderdiklerinden ayrıca memnun olduk. İnce düşüncelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ve yine, iyiki gelmişiz dedik. 6 yıl öncesi tatilimizin anneler gününe denk gelmesi, bu tatilimizinde ramazan bayramına gelmesinden ötürü düzenlenen küçük ama gerçekten insanların yüzünü güldüren naif süprizleri için otelin genel müdürü Hakan KAYA'ya da teşekkür ederiz. Ama Alacarte restaurantı kullanamamak kötü oldu pazara kadar dolu olduğu söylendi, ama ana restauranttaki lezzetlerle bunu unutturdular. Personellerin bu yoğun tempoda çalışmalarına rağmen güleryüzlerini hiç eksiltmemeleri de çok iyiydi bu durumu sağlamak gerçekten çok önemli ve zor. Kaya Belek bunu başarıyor. Yarın otelden tatilimiz bittiği için ayrılmak zorunda da olsak, Yine olsa yine geliriz.

We arrived at the Masmavi to be greeted by their lovely staff with cold drinks and snacks as we had a slight delay on our flight. We were told we’d been upgraded to a lagoon room to our delight! This room far exceeded our expectations, it was absolutely huge and had access to a pool shared got a handful of rooms. Everywhere in the hotel is immaculate and there is something for everyone entertainment wise. One thing that really stood out to me was the kids club (called the MyMo Club). It was excellent, my daughter went every single afternoon and also asked to go to the morning sessions as she loved it that much. The children do all sorts of activities during this time meaning we could get some quiet time and able to relax child free for a couple of hours. The kids club was by far the best one we have experienced and Louisa, Lewis, Arfie and Lia made my daughter feel so special. They were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for the children. We will certainly miss them and we hope to return to this hotel. Xx

Really enjoyed my stay at Kempinski. My friends and I went on a short vacation at the end of April. we had a great rest and were well taken care of. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel, whose care was exemplary. I thank Savas for the attention with which he dealt with all our requests and Cuneyt for the excellent communication and problem-free accommodation. All the staff in the bars and restaurants were also very attentive and friendly. I would love to come back again soon.

We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

Beautiful hotel,amazing pools, the best all inclusive I have ever been to.less than 10 mins in a taxi to belek and 5 mins taxi to land of legends , the food and drinks are fantastic in all bars and restaurants/ snack bars with great choices in all. Friendly staff however most struggled with English so most of the time the drinks we tried to order straight off the menu they couldn’t understand and kept getting wrong or had to wait to order until someone who spoke English could serve us ,same for reception felt like their was a major language barrier if you didn’t speak Turkish/ Russian. The spa is amazing and has very good deals. Kids club also great with an amazing play area for the kids. The shop and the hair salon there is ridiculously priced, €32 for a pair of kids goggles, packet of wipes €8 everything so expensive so would recommend avoiding it ,Same with the hair salon in the hotel was quoted €100 to have something redone we got for €30 the week previous, so would definitely avoid there too. however this didn’t take away from the experience just warning others to be cautious, would definitely return.

Calista is a great hotel for families. The kids club is amazing. The staff are brilliant and the club itself has a dabce room, cinema, restaurant, baby room. Our little girl loved going and we had to persuade her out with ice creams most day! There is a mini train that gows round twice a day which she qlso loved. They also did activities in the day from sushi making to painting an old beetle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely little garden area that our girls could play in. There is a cute kids pool and a bigger pool with slides which is a bit warmer. We didnt use them but there is a games room and a small bowling alley and cinema for bigger kids. Brilliant complex which caters for all ages standout being the kids club for us!

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen.
