We booked 2 days in advance and paid in full. There should be no excuse for the hotel not to prepare our room on time. But when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was still not ready and we still had to wait. Even though at that time we were very tired from the long drive. And when the room was ready, it turned out that the pillowcases and blankets were not replaced with new ones, but were used by the previous guest, as seen from the crumpled and torn pillowcases and blankets, stained sheets, missing bath mats and incomplete amenities. The food also very disappointing. The chicken was hard, the restaurant too small and the food choice is limited. Very disappointing for the 4 stars chain hotel. The only thing that good from this hotel is only the location Not recommended at all

strategic located near the Serpong Exit Toll..the room has big space, grat view with rail road across the hotel, and also comfy bed..one of the comfiest bed I've ever had..

Overall it was a very good experience for the price. I would have given cleanliness 5/5 if the pillow doesn't have marks though it is clean and the room odour doesn't smell strange. As for location, I would have given a 4/5 if the sound of of train keep disrupting my sleep. Food is easy to access but good food may need to travel quite a bit. Their highlight was their services. Always accommodating for any reasonable request that I requested. They were also fast in delivering their services. Their smile and politeness warmth the heart. Amenities were ok as they matched a 4 star hotel.

This hotel has a strategic location, and the room is spacious, clean, and nice. However, the fridge was not cold. Overall, it's very worth it for the price.
