Swiss-Belcourt Serpong

We stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong to celebrate a special occasion and were extremely satisfied with the experience. The hotel had prepared beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room and surprised us with a cake, which made our moment even more memorable and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is quite strategic, and the facilities provided were more than adequate for our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong for their exceptional service and attention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends looking to spend time with their partners.

The hotel is great, clean, and the service is good. It's definitely worth the price.

I was incredibly disturbed in my room because it was so noisy every time a train passed by, which was every 10-15 minutes 😭. We couldn't sleep due to the extreme noise, and the hotel even vibrated when some of the faster trains went past 😞😞. The bedsheets and pillowcases had many stains. As for the restaurant, breakfast is shared with Swissbel Hotel; it's standard and a bit small.

All good, the hospitality was excellent! It's just that sometimes the bathroom smelled, there were cockroaches, and spiderwebs on the table. The cleanliness could be improved.
