We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .

Have just returned from a fabulous stay here with my Daughter. We had a beautiful sea view room and stayed B&B. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Fridge was appreciated to keep drinks cold. There was no kettle or iron but we managed ok. Breakfast choice was very good from cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and bread. Pastries, cakes to a cooked breakfast. Definitely something for everyone. Various juices, and choice of different coffee and tea. The pool was small but not busy. Beach is beautiful sunbeds for the day were €19.95 Lovely restaurants along the sea front lits of choice. Main streets behind this do become very busy and noisy as the evening goes on but overall, we slept well, little disturbance at times but not a real issue for us. Taxi from the airport was €40 and took 30 minutes. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and we would return here.

First time going to Magaluf, I went for 4 days with 2 friends to celebrate at big buffday. The birthday girl choose the destination, I think to relive her youth! Obviously Magaluf has a certain reputation but I certainly went with an open mind plus we were going out of season. Quite honestly the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Overall the hotel was really nice, modern decor, good facilities. Pool areas, restaurant & communal areas clean & well maintained. We booked an apartment so 2 sleeping in the bedroom & one lounge. All of us found the beds comfy. Fresh clean linen & towels were provided. There was a small kitchenette area, sink, fridge, hob & microwave. No kettle but we requested one which arrived quickly. The room was clean & well equipped. The shower was always hot, would have been good to have an extraction fan as we all got a little to hot in there! The buffet restaurant offered quite good variety of food (we were all inclusive). My only criticism would be sometimes the food could have been warmer. The restaurant staff were friendly & talkative. Overall really good. The bars (one in reception & the 2 pool bars) were fine. Again the only criticism was the baffling rule about size of plastic cups we were supposed to be given. Our all-incl package gave us unlimited soft drinks all day & 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch then 3 drinks at teatime. That's fine as none of us are big drinkers but we were restricted to beer, wine or sangria. No spirits or cocktails. If we wanted to pay 15€ a day each we could have then had spirits & cocktails I believe all day but the confusion came with the large & small plastic cups which you needed to use around the pool areas which is understandable. If you paid for the upgrade you got large cups & if you didn't you had the small cups which didn't make sense re soft drinks as they were unlimited. Either way this didn't ruin the holiday it just got annoying when bar staff would question why we had larger cups as we'd obviously been served drinks in them by certain staff! And you can't really call our package all-incl with spirits & cocktails not available to us. The biggest problems we saw were the odd individuals who took things a little to far. Too much alcoholic which resulted in inappropriate behaviour. Shouting, screaming, swearing in all the hotel areas. The hotel catered for families as well as couples & larger groups of all ages. The majority from what we saw were there to enjoy a few days away, have a laugh & a giggle but like I said a handful of folks had to take things one step further. The staff dealt with these people from what we saw swiftly, telling people to stop swearing, stop drinking in the pool & tried to stop them acting up but unfortunately the police had to be called & people were removed from the hotel. Unfortunately the staff couldn't be everywhere all of the time so certain things weren't seen or heard, like people trying to stand on the railings of their balconies 4 floors up or pretendi

My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter from the 12th-22nd of Sep for our first holiday as a family and we were very impressed with the MarSenses Rosa Del Mar. Upon arrival the receptionist staff were very attentive and friendly, and they always were at any time of passing throughout our stay. Everywhere throughout the hotel was cleaned to a high standard, even by the pool area. There was a great selection for breakfast, and the chefs and staff in the restaurant were always lovely, spending time with each table and keeping the place well stocked and tables cleared swiftly. Pablo and Vicky the entertainment team during the day were great at setting the perfect level of participation, letting you know when and where the next activity was going to be but not being pushy or forceful in doing so (something that was very appreciated with a small child). Overall we had an amazing holiday in Palma Nova at this hotel, and will hopefully be fortunate enough to bring our little girl back when she’s older to be able to enjoy the slides at the splash pool!

We stayed for 7 nights, 6th to 13th August. The hotel is very stylish, clean and peaceful. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Room on the 3rd floor. The views are fantastic of the marina and beach and the terrace had approx 14 hours of sun a day. If you need shade, there is a remote control awning. The room is very spacious with a huge bathroom. The aircon was reasonable, we did not feel overly hot overnight. The bed is massive and very comfortable. Housekeeping is a very high standard. The restaurant at breakfast and for all other meals is excellent. Food/menu choices are very wide ranging and beautifully presented and tasty. The evening menu was not overly expensive. The waiting staff are so professional and polite. It is obvious that they are very well trained. We also ate at a few restaurants in the marina and they were all great. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is excellent, just message the driver and he is collecting us from the marina in two minutes. However we only knew this was available after reading Trip Adviser, the receptionist did not inform us and we had to ask for the number. The swimming pool is perfect and there is an abundance of sun beds so no need to get up early to reserve them. The pool bar is hit and miss. 50% of the time there is nobody there to serve you. Quite annoying when you are thirsty! The thing that let down our experience somewhat was the maintenance of services to our room. Five minutes after checking into our room water started pouring from the ceiling. It took 20 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive and another 10 minutes for them to fix it, so it delayed our unpacking. When we tried to use the jacuzzi on our terrace it would not switch on. Another maintenance man had to be called to fix it. On two of the seven nights we had no running water, so we could not take a shower or flush the toilet. It took almost an hour for this to be fixed. Additionally over the seven nights we had about 10 power cuts. These lasted up to 20 mins in some cases. Our room keys needed resettting. When we went to reception to get them fixed there was no attempt at an apology. One evening we did get a bottle of wine sent to the room, we assume this was to make up for all the maintenance issues. Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but given the price we paid we should not have to encounter all those issues.

Very clean, very charming hotel. Stayed on a B&B basis, which breakfast was a very high standard every day. Lunch time bar food was also very good, and a well stocked bar. The pool area is not large, but every day had a lovely position by the pool to sunbath, but also shade should you need it. A five minute walk takes you to the harbour front, and on your walk there are supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Restaurants and bars are amazing and a good price range for every budget. Would definitely return as it is picture perfect.
