arrived late at night given room told i would be moved next day good job the room was in need of updating ,new room was better, room not cleaned on day 3 put it down to housekeeping not told i had moved housekeeping asked for my key to clean the room said she did not have one 60 years of traveling this a first, one of the staff asked if i had been informed the hotel was hosting a sales dinner by 2 companies for 400 guests ,its a fine line for hotels getting outside funds and it not impacting hotel guests this crossed the line by a long way, started to remove sunbeds from pool mid morning ,night time dj playing music past midnight ,next day started to remove chairs/tables finished mid afternoon but left the pool area like the end of a pop concert i blame management should have told firm to leave pool area as they found it clean the litter was not cleaned until the afternoon, have nothing bad to say about housekeeping and the pool cleaner both did great job , cannot comment on the restaurants 1 never opened the other one because of low numbers on opened when tour groups pasted through then it was only buffet ,breakfast was Gambian times start time varied eggs fried potatoes beans sausage ,had 3 quiet weeks all ended when a large family moved into the 9 rooms in my block
