We Hostel Street Arenal

The place was clean and safe. The only thing is, you do your own housekeeping. They did not read my request of a bed below, managed to swap it but the other Staff was very unfriendly saying why do I have to do it. I have a bad back but he seemed uninterested with my medical concern. Anyway it was great. The charging ports are far from my bunk bed, need to stand up all the time and charge it at the other bedside.

Very small rooms air conditioner work from reception and they start after many requests. Bathroom toilet very small and no clean .

Arrived late night, staying as a solo female traveller. The staff were nice and facilities were okay but need improvement. Bathroom is way too small for the amount of people sharing. The rooms are also extremely hot, I was top bunk and had to make my own bed at 2am so you can imagine how hard that was without waking anyone up at 37c heat. No air con I couldnt sleep but its a very good location and price

Some people are too loud in room
