You will have a private gym all to your self for the duration of your stay, as well as a luxurious Master bedroom and loft bedroom. Our new kitchenette provides a dishes, a new induction cooktop, cookware and well as spices and bakeware for our mini oven. You will have a private bathroom which includes a full size stackable washer and dryer, modern shower (no bathtub) and mirrored area for the young ladies in your life:)The Loft includes two queen mattresses that overlook the gym. USB outlets in the loft and master, make life convenient for both the young and young at heart!A ladder leads up to the loft fitting in with the creativity of the gym. Who doesn't want to sleep in "THE LOFT"! The master bedroom has original old fashion hardwood floors, exposed brick from long ago and new shiplap to complete the look. The Master has it's own private tv while the gym has a second tv available for all in your group to share. The front entrance has a camera and monitor for everyones protection. Our tumbling and dance moms love watching their kids in different classes. Because we also have two dance studios in the building, you will see monitors and cameras in the public spaces. These monitors project classes in progress so parents can observe students from the two lobbies. Not to worry, there are not any cameras in bedrooms, lofts, bathrooms or private areas. You will even be able to enjoy working on your lap top or eating on the table while watching your kids on the monitor play in the gym. Our home is close to Fish Lake, the Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing.Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15.We just finished up our fully renovated 1200 square foot three bedroom home. It boasts all new floorings, paint, cabinets, tile and appliances. Everything is new but the original lumber in the walls. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything. Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground as well as our recreation center. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you will need, as well as coffee.Nightly price is for two guests:) Each guest after two guests, has a $10.00 fee. Our Utah family retreat is an ideal base camp for your Southern Utah Adventure (from 2 to 30 people!). It's the perfect location for youth conference, girls camp, scout camp, youth camp, family reunion, trip with friends, etc. It is the gateway to Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. Our property is on the edge of the town of Koosharem right on the Paiute ATV trail and close to National and State Parks. We are 3 hours from Salt Lake City and 4 1/2 hours from Las Vegas. We have beds for 14 people and sleeping for another 4 people (hide-a-bed, futon, thick ground mats). You may sleep more with your own bedding on the floor, and in one of our two campsites, or your own RV (we have power, water and RV dump). The rate is for up to 15 people. The charge is $9/person per night beyond 15 (children ages 3 and under are not required to pay).The property consists of the following:1. The Cabin (600 sq. ft.) features a wood burning stove and full kitchen. A one-bedroom (queen bed) that boasts a barn wood frame bed. There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room for the kids. Bedding provided. There is a bathroom and shower in this unit. There is not a television nor internet access. We are rural and isolated. These units do not have AC. It is rarely needed at 7000' elevation. There are basic pots and pans to cook your meals or use the grill in the outdoor pavilion. Kick back and relax on the outdoor deck. Sleeps 4.2. The Rec House (625 sq. ft.) features wood paneling walls and ceiling. This is a one bedroom (queen bed) with a futon for one and two throw-down, tri-fold mats (with bedding) for the kids in the living room. Mats and bedding provided. The Bunk House has its own bathroom. There is a small kitchenette (sink, 2 burners, small fridge) in this unit, but also has an outdoor kitchen area with grill and picnic tables in the pavilion. There are basic pots and pans to cook with in the Bunk House. These units do not have AC, but it is rarely needed at 7000' elevation. There is not internet service. There is not cable, but there is a TV and DVD player for your movies. This unit sleeps 2 adults and 3 children.3. The Bunk Room, this unique combination of the old barn wood and new barn wood (Blue Pine) consists of two sets of bunk beds (for 4 people) and a queen bed (for 2). Bedding provided. The queen bed area has a privacy curtain as do each bunk bed. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Shop Bedroom) that serves the guests in this unit. There is not a kitchen nor living area. There is no AC, nor internet. There are power outlets to charge your cell phones. Sleeps 6.4. Vintage Travel Trailer (sleeps 2). There is not a bathroom in this small trailer. There is a 3rd bathroom (a separate free-standing building just outside The Vintage Trailer) - The Outhouse. There is not a functioning kitchen, nor supplies in this unit to cook. Please use the grill in the outdoor pavilion. Sleeps 2. There is a one time cleaning fee of $175.Summary: We have beds and linen for 18 (2 of which are on a hide-a-bed, 1 on a futon, and 2 on tri-fold, throw down mats in the Bunk House living room). There is intermittent cell phone service.
