The some of the TV channel wouldn’t come in then the both the maintenance men just (I thank) didn’t tell us the that they would do anything about our problem. Very few silverware and dishes one skillet. This is a few things we taught were problems.

This is our second visit here and throughly enjoyed it. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The only few downsides were upon arrival there was no small dish soap or dish washer pods. Last time we stayed I was sure one of the two if not both were there. Thankfully I had brought some dish soap to wash dishes by hand but had to use it to run the dishwasher which wasn’t all that great. Also, there were dishes in the dishwasher from the previous ones who stayed that did not get off loaded and you may want to check the toasted in the room. I think it is on its last leg. 😊 other than those few things we had a wonderful time and would return again.

The resort was a godsend when our VRBO rental was a scam. We were very grateful that the resort was able to accommodate us for one night thank you we were most grateful.

We actually had three suites for 2-5 nights each. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations for all three generations in our family! The staff was great. Although the hotel is older, it is well-maintained. The indoor pool area was a hit with the kids. We would definitely come back if we have another family vacation in the area.

Family trip to Dollywood with 4 adults and 2 kids. Resort was OK due to proximity but not super clean, sofa bed was terrible, and amenities were lackluster. However, considering we weren’t in the room a ton and it was cheaper than the park’s resort it worked.

Great friendly staff (Leah at the kids activities and Heather at the pool). Have been coming here for a few years and the kids enjoy the waterpark, pool, play areas, and kid activities. However, indoor waterpark is in need of repairs as well as the guest rooms.
