If you're looking for luxury in the heart of Seville, this is it. We unintentionally arrived as some of the hotel's very first guests on opening night, and despite a flight delay that had us checking in at 3am, the warm welcome from the team instantly put us back into holiday mode. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need from GHD hair tools to conveniently placed USB/USB-C ports around the room. Everything is brand new and of the highest quality. The shower alone deserves a special mention, absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and must be experienced at least once during your stay. The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, it's easy to see this becoming the go-to rooftop spot in Seville, thanks to its spectacular cathedral views and gorgeous cocktails. Dinner at Fismuler was a highlight, especially the blue cheese baked cheesecake. Susana at reception was fantastic for her recommendations both locally and on our trip to Ronda. Finally, a special thank you also to Saul, the hotel manager, whose genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. A beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, and an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel just one week after it opened, and we were absolutely impressed from the moment we arrived. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished to perfection, with an incredible level of comfort. Even little touches such as a clothes steamer and a hair straightener are provided there is truly nothing you could wish for. The location is simply spectacular, right opposite the cathedral. The rooftop terrace with its beautiful swimming pool, bar and comfortable sun loungers is breathtaking. You are so close to the cathedral that you can almost look inside the church from the rooftop! But what makes this hotel truly special is the wonderful staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and from the very beginning you feel completely at home. It is a peaceful oasis in the middle of a vibrant city. Despite being right in the heart of everything, the hotel is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Serras Sevilla is a newly opened hotel with an exceptionally high standard throughout. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped and everything is of outstanding quality. They are extremely well-soundproofed and sleep is wonderful. The bed is fantastic, as is everything in the bathroom. Moreover, attention to detail is evident in the décor of all spaces—restaurant, and so on. The location is simply unbeatable, and the terrace is a dream with the cathedral right in front of you. Many thanks to the entire team for their impeccable service and for sharing their excitement and enthusiasm for the opening.

Phenomenal Hotel. Everything from the arrival and very friendly staff, to the amazing breakfast in the morning, was above and beyond my expectations! Perfect location, directly across the street from Cathedral de Sevilla. This hotel has a nice rooftop with a swimming pool and rooftop bar! This is THE place to be while in Seville! Just opened, and already a must-visit. The service is top-notch, the rooftop views are to die for, and the cocktails are honestly some of the best I’ve ever tried. 🍸✨ Definitely worth every penny and the time. Put this one on your bucket list! ❤️
