pros: - hot showers - good air conditioning - great service by Mariana at the reception cons: - no water, toothbrushes, shavers and other basic amenities were provided - quite far out from the city center, bus stop isn’t near as well. ok if you don’t mind ubering - hotel is quite dated and in need of some minor renovations - fixture in the toilet that’s attached to the wall at a height dropped out during our stay, fortunately no one was hurt - service by other members at the reception was poor

The hotel was clean, and had all the basics we needed. Perfect for 1 night stay.

The hotel is clean and provide all the basic facilities that they have. It's quite near to the airport actually but a bit far from the city centre. Nevertheless you can still take a bus near to the hotel to go to the airport and city centre.

Nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful when we asked about directions to the city centre.

I would love to say a big thank you to the staff at Hotel Ibis Sevilla! We had a lovely time here! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by lovely orange trees. The hotel was about a 15 minute bus ride from the Sevilla Airport and a 5 minute walk from the Kansas City - Gota de Leche bus stop. We were two young girls travelling abroad for the first time and were a bit nervous, but the area was very quiet and safe even late at night. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, there's bikes downstairs that you can rent, as well as a small music corner with instruments and we had a lovely man play music for us late at night. The area has a McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burger King within a short walking distance, as well as, a Lidl and Mercadona. We absolutely enjoyed our time over here and I would highly recommend this place as it has good transport links to Santa Cruz. Will definitely return!

Everything was excellent, pleasant staff, clean room, very nice atmosphere, proximity to the airport and bus stops, Nothing to say!

The hotel's front desk staff were rather indifferent and lazy. The room was clean and tidy, but the location was a bit remote.

The hotel is not far from the airport. There is transportation. If you arrive early, you can only take a taxi. The room is not soundproof.

The service is extremely poor. There is no hot water kettle, no slippers, and no toothbrush. Don’t worry about it. The most important thing is that the service attitude is extremely poor. Give me some hot water. It’s like begging them. They are very reluctant and ignore them. The table in the restaurant is hygienic. It's also very bad; other Ibis toothbrushes are given away for free, but you must buy them in this store. We strongly recommend that Ctrip remove this store!

I have stayed at Ibis several times and this is the smallest room with no small table. We found that there were some hairs on the sheets of the small bed, and there were a lot of small blue hairs from cotton clothes on the sheets that were stuck to the whole sheet. Compared with the sheets of our big bed, it was obvious that the small bed had been slept in. We called the front desk but didn't answer. Then we went to the front desk and asked to change the sheets. They said there was no room service and asked us to change them ourselves. There was nothing we could do. This was the first time we gave a bad review.

The room was very comfortably furnished!
