I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor. There was a sealed-off door in the room, and the soundproofing around it wasn't great. Also, there was a faint smell of renovation materials in the hallway. Everything else was fine though. The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were all good.

Facilities: Great! Cleanliness: Great! Ambiance: Great! Service: Great! The Seville Cathedral, Royal Alcazar, and Plaza de España are all major Instagram-worthy spots!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

Spotlessly clean. A bit far from the city center but well-connected. The pool is good, and the gym is also perfect. Restaurant prices are a bit high. There's a small snack shop at the reception. I recommend it. It's very peaceful.

The room is nice and big enough for 2 travellers with 2 luggages. They have self service laundry at the basement. It is free but you need to bring your own laundry detergent. Location wise, it is away from attractions so we used Uber. There are many eateries near the hotel and convenience stores as well.

I always choose this hotel because it offers so many advantages. The breakfast is a varied buffet, and there's a gym, laundry service, and a pool. Nearby, you'll find a Mercadona, a Lidl, a large Chinese bazaar, a KFC, Burger King, and many other places. The hotel staff is friendly and fantastic, especially Diego and Salva, and the buffet staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Decent breakfast. Staff helpful. Outside the city centre but easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was great, we always love coming back. Super convenient location to the airport and very friendly staff.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!

First and foremost, I have to commend the hotel staff and the comfort of their beds; everything was fantastic.

Good hotel, although a bit far from the center if your main goal is sightseeing in Seville.

It's pretty average, nothing particularly good or bad. I chose it because it has an underground parking garage.

The size of rooms is good, but there are TWO toilet tissue dispensers installed between the toilet and the wall forcing you to sit side-ways, when there is plenty of room on the wall behind the toulet. Marriott wouldn’t make such a silly mistake.
