It is not possible to sleep here. You can hear everything, feels like there is no walls. Someone was making noises all night, children shouting all the morning. Location is nice, apartments ok, little bit old.

If you arrived before 10.00 am you need to go each building next to 200 m to check in and deposit your luggage.

Very clean, comfortable beds. But the coffee maker was rusty; we asked for another one and they didn't have one available since it was only for one night. A few thoughtful touches were needed, as capsule coffee machines are usually available almost everywhere, and they often even provide capsules and sugar. There was no toothbrush provided either. But otherwise, it was fine.

The triple room had one room per person. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The kitchen was available for cooking and had all the necessary utensils. However, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay, and you had to clean up and take your trash with you when you left. This is something to keep in mind.

Checking in was a real quest. We followed the online check-in instructions, but we still didn't receive the code. We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in, and the reception desk was open until 5:00 PM. What's all this supposed to mean? We struggled for a long time, then saw that you could check in offline in the building next door. We arrived, and the guy checked us in. You have to leave your card details in case of damage. The apartment itself is huge, with several rooms. It's fairly clean, but not great. The towels were stained with paint. The rooms themselves are quite shabby. But at least they have all the dishes, a washing machine, soap, and more—it's a perfect apartment for a full life. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the historic center.

The apartment is fine, on the first floor, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen. The downside is that it didn't have a microwave or a toaster, and since they don't even offer coffee capsules or anything, breakfast is a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, the furniture and bathroom were in pretty good condition, and everything was clean. They offered us parking, which was appreciated. The only bad thing is that they never indicated that the reception is in a different location from the apartment; we drove around quite a bit to pick up and return the keys.

Overall, it was an excellent accommodation. There were four of us, two of us staying in a double room, and the other two in a single room each. The rooms were spacious, with mirrors, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The kitchen and living room were really spacious, and the bathroom was functional with a nice shower. The building where our room was located was very large but well-maintained and modern. We could occasionally hear the noise from other guests, but I don't consider it a negative; it's acceptable. The location is convenient for walking around Seville. My only complaint is the lack of a bottle of water in the room upon arrival; we would have appreciated it. Also, more attention should have been paid to the duvets, as they were a bit stained.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, next to a museum, a 5-minute walk from Metropol Parasol and a 35-minute walk from Plaza España. The apartment facilities are a bit old, but fortunately there is a parking lot, 20 euros a night, which is convenient for self-driving. The B&B front desk is open from 10:00 to 18:00. We arrived at 7:00 and couldn't check us in for over an hour. We couldn't get through the phone number provided by Ctrip, and we didn't have the online app contact information provided on the hotel front desk notice. Fortunately, two Argentinian girls who were also staying there helped us, otherwise it would have taken even longer. I hope the platform and the hotel can provide more convenient contact methods to ensure smooth check-in procedures.

The price is cheap and the space is beyond imagination. I definitely recommend everyone who visits Seville in Spain to stay here. The counter is friendly and will recommend me local delicacies.
