We stayed for four nights at this hotel, which met our expectations overall but would say it is a bit pricey for its overall quality. It’s conveniently located at the heart of the old town, the drawback is it’s a bit noisy at night. The concierge/front desk staff was quite helpful and nice. The room was clean, but still has room for improvement: 1. our bath salt and few other things were not refilled; 2. bathrobe was not super clean.

Great staff, great room and great location. The hotel is new and everything was 👌. The hotel is near to the main street and if you have a car, there is a near garage and it costs 29 euro per day.

Strongly warn against this hotel!!! The service was terrible, incredibly noisy at night, and the soundproofing was awful. There was no hairdryer in the room; you had to ask the front desk for one. Because we helped other guests with their check-in by translating and speaking up, we were constantly harassed by the hotel staff. They even locked our room key when we returned late at night, and didn't offer an apology until we checked out. The service was abysmal. Everyone in the hotel, including the restaurant staff and cleaning staff, had an appalling attitude, bordering on racial discrimination. They treated foreigners and Asians completely differently. I've never stayed in a five-star hotel with such terrible service, especially one under the Radisson Hotel Group. Strongly warn against this hotel.

The service was terrible; they didn't solve the problems but just gave a bunch of excuses. I booked a room with a view and a high floor, but they gave me the worst room. I didn't even dare to open the window. The shower was clogged and the whole bathroom was flooded.

Overall it's pretty good, but the sound insulation is terrible!

The room is spacious enough to easily fit two 30-inch suitcases. The hotel is very new. It is divided into two buildings, which are very close to each other. Breakfast is in the check-in building, which is quite rich. There are not many rooms on one floor, which is quite quiet. There are supporting facilities such as rooftop bar, gym, swimming pool, etc. The front desk is very welcoming. The hotel's soft candy is delicious. There is a square outside the door, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. It's a pity that I didn't stay for two more days. I will stay here again next time I go to Seville!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, there was bottled water, and there were crepes on the first day. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Metropol Parasol and Ponte II, and the breakfast was delicious. The service attitude was also very good.

In the old town of Seville, whether you go to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral or the City Umbrella, it takes a few minutes to walk. Opposite the hotel is the British Department Store, a Spanish chain department store. The location is really convenient.
