The room is big and super cozy. The sofa bed is even a king size bed, can definitely accommodate 4 adults. Location is amazing! Walkable distance to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Even though it's a guesthouse, it felt just like a hotel. The room had everything we needed, and it was clean, upscale, and hygienic. Seriously, booking guesthouses and hotels on Ctrip is the way to go; it's a stark contrast to my previous booking with ***********. The Metropol Parasol is right outside the door, and the Santa Cruz quarter is just a few minutes' walk away. It was truly wonderful, and I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. Our Seville trip was made so much better by staying here. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage, which was very inconvenient, so I've rated the service 4.5 stars.

Location: Right in the heart of the old town, super close to the Metropol Parasol, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Alcázar and the Cathedral. Very convenient. Room: Comes with a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery. The bathroom is spacious. It faces the street but the soundproofing is excellent. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and polite. The only downside is that you only get two bottles of water per day; you have to buy extra if you need more.

The location is super convenient, about a seven or eight-minute walk from the Old Town, which is great for resting after exploring. Plus, there's public transportation right outside. The service was also excellent; the front desk processed my check-in quickly, answered all my questions, and even proactively told me about nearby attractions and good eats.

Extremely close to Metropol Parasol, and about a 10-minute walk to the Real Alcázar and Seville Cathedral. Plaza de España is a bit further, about a 30-minute walk. A taxi to the train station is around 12 euros, and to the airport, it's about 24 euros. The hotel room was very spacious and they even provided complimentary bottled water. The only downside was that there's no luggage storage after check-out.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was spacious and well-equipped with both a coffee maker and a juicer. We even received complimentary welcome fruit that could be juiced, and we could make coffee with the coffee machine. The location is excellent, very close to attractions and with convenient transportation. The overall environment is great, making it a perfect choice for a trip. Excellent value for money! 🥰

The location is fantastic, very well-connected, and close to the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and the Metropol Parasol. Plaza de España is about a 30-minute walk away. The room was airy with balconies facing three different directions, and it even had an induction hob so we could cook some simple meals. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and being able to store our luggage for free was a huge plus. We happened to be there during a football final, and the entire city was buzzing with excitement, filled with people in red and blue stripes. Due to traffic control, we couldn't get a taxi right outside and had to walk a bit, which really gave us a taste of Seville's deep-rooted passion for football.

Location is great, easy to walk to every major attraction in Seville city, and popular restaurants/cafes/bars. Room service was generally ok but the daily maintenance was always missing something small, such as the tea bags and bottle waters. Overall, good!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the free mini-bar was a nice touch. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, which I really appreciated. However, there are two minor issues that could be improved: 1. I had already booked through Ctrip and selected the "pay after check-in" option. Despite this, the front desk still requested my credit card number. Although they explained it wouldn't be charged and was just a backup in case of non-payment or damages, I found this unreasonable. If the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip, they should negotiate with them, perhaps by not accepting the "pay after check-in" option, rather than asking for our credit card details. If the hotel doesn't trust the platform, then we have reason not to trust the hotel. What if a hotel employee maliciously used our card? That would pose a risk to us. 2. The complimentary fruit provided by the hotel wasn't very fresh. I hope this can be improved. For example, fruit left by previous guests should be checked, and if it's not fresh, it should be replaced promptly. Everything else was great, and overall, it's a recommendable place. It's a shame our itinerary was rushed and we didn't get to see the view from the rooftop. I hope to have the chance to make up for it in the future.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are generously sized, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light—a refreshing contrast to the cramped spaces so common in this area. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, dining, and public transport. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to checkout.

I traveled alone and stayed for 3 nights here. The location is great, so close to any sightseeing spots by walking distance & very safe. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. The room is big, cozy & clean. I cooked every breakfast and dinner.
