The hotel is near the station but far from the city center. If you don't mind walking, it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the city center. However, the cleaning service at the hotel is very poor. I left the hotel room at 9 AM and placed a sign requesting cleaning. When I returned at 4 PM, the room had still not been cleaned, and the cleaners were busy with other rooms on the 2nd floor. I then asked the hotel receptionist to request the cleaning service again, and left the hotel for shopping and dinner. When I came back, the room was still not cleaned. I went down to ask the receptionist again, but was told that the cleaning service only operates until 2 PM and claimed that I had put up a sign asking not to clean the room. The staff simply passed the blame to me, which was totally unacceptable! El hotel está cerca de la estación, pero lejos del centro de la ciudad. Si no te importa caminar, se tarda unos 20-30 minutos en llegar al centro. Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza del hotel es muy deficiente. Salí de la habitación del hotel a las 9 AM y coloqué un cartel solicitando que se limpiara. Cuando regresé a las 4 PM, la habitación aún no había sido limpiada y los encargados de la limpieza estaban ocupados con otras habitaciones en el segundo piso. Luego le pedí al recepcionista del hotel que solicitara nuevamente el servicio de limpieza y me fui del hotel para ir de compras y a cenar. Cuando volví, la habitación aún no estaba limpia. Bajé a preguntar de nuevo al recepcionista, pero me dijo que el servicio de limpieza solo opera hasta las 2 PM y afirmó que yo había colocado un cartel pidiendo que no se limpiara la habitación. El personal simplemente me echó la culpa, ¡lo cual fue totalmente inaceptable!

The hotel room was pretty and very cozy. Also the bathroom was also new and spacious. Overall it was a very experience and I would like to stay in the same hotel chain again!

This was a lovely hotel to stay at. It is modern and clean, and has stylish interiors. The room was large and comfortable. We had a double bed and a sofa, seats, small table, television, free WiFi, large en suite, control over tempreture, pin-code safe and ample space to hang and store clothes and belongings (open wardrobe). The buffet breakfasts were enjoyable, and most mornings I went down to have this. This included tortilla (Spanish omelette), cured ham and cheese as well as fruits and yogurts, and a variety of breads and toppings. One night we went up to the roof which was lovely too, at sunset. We had food and drink in the rooftop. There was a swimming pool there (we didn't personally use, as we weren't coming on holiday to swim or lounge by a pool but if we were coming for that type of holifay it looked lovely and clean with lots of lounge beds. We didn't use public transport at all during our stay, as it was no more than 15-20 minutes walk from everywhere we went (often less), and Seville is a beautiful city to walk around. The staff were all friendly and helpful too.

The air con is not strong in the room so we called the reception. They informed that the government rule is that the air con can not be lower than 22C. Pool and bar are at the rooftop. We enjoyed the sunset at the rooftop. Not much selections for breakfast.

The pool view is so good, breakfast is good. Have play place for kids.

I will give a 3,5 stars. We had a good stay, our first time at any Ibis , breakfast was good as well, close to center. But I was expecting a bit more , thinking that I paid 100E pe night though is gonna a bit better, my special requests where not meet unfortunately.

A little bit far from center

Clean room and nice service!

New nice hotel, large room. Breakfast is good, but very crowded - on weekends there was even nowhere to sit... I liked the roof terrace. Another disadvantage is that the windows open 10 cm, there is some kind of blocker...

The hotel is not far from the Royal Palace and Church of Seville. It takes about 20 minutes to arrive at the hotel. There is a bus EA in front of the hotel. The starting point is Seville Plaza de Armas. The bus station at the other end is Seville Airport. It seems that it passes by the train station. Very convenient. 4 euros/person. Cash is not accepted. My friend paid with a Spanish bank card. The hotel has towels, bath towels, napkins, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. No slippers. You need to bring your own toothbrush. The mattress is very comfortable. There are sockets at the bedside. There is no free bottled water at the elevator entrance. There is a machine that can collect water. The hotel breakfast is 6:30-10:30. The variety is rich and the taste is very good. The hotel can also store luggage. Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

It's not in the old city, it's really a bit far away. I got off the flixbus at night and took my suitcase with me, and walked for about 40 minutes to get there. Fortunately, the security in the old city is good. The breakfast was good and the service was pretty good.
