Cozy boutique hotel right at the heart of old city. Our room was very clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. There is an underground 24h parking lot for those who travel with rental cars. To sum up, I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.

Nice ~ It was a great stay, and the front desk provided free food and water for us to drink and eat. It's very close to where you want to go.

The hotel is ok. The real is the noise outside on the street facing the bars and restaurants. It was unbearable during my stay and extremely loud even with ear plugs! It was loud singing with a big group and a guitar player….i know they were having fun, but lasted until 1 am-1:30. Then comes the cleanup and the garbage truck. Way over the top and I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free! I did complain, but there are aware of situation and just apologized. Other than the noise, the facilities seem ok w a downstairs social area and 24/7 cold drinks available free, coffee machine, some pastries and fruits. Room was clean and on par with the hotel price. Good value if you are bear the fact you will not sleep through the night!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. Its location is excellent, situated right on the edge of the old town, just a 5-minute walk from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, making it incredibly convenient. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, snacks, fruits, and cold drinks. The surrounding area boasts a fantastic variety of dining options, including traditional churros and delicious fried seafood. Evenings are lively with nearby bars where you can catch a football game, creating a buzzing atmosphere that's rich in authentic Spanish charm.

Right in the heart of the city! Very close to the park and there are countless restaurants nearby. The price of this hotel can't be beat!

Pros: Location is top notch, right in city centre and close to bars and restaurants. Room is clean and shower water is good. Roof terrace offers good view. Cons: Have to access the hotel from another connected hotel round the corner. There should be signs to direct people as the first day I arrived to find the hotel main entrance locked with no signs or staff around. Also waited half an hour for check in around midnight as there was some issue with the computer system. no kettle inside room and no mini fridge. Fruits provided at mini bar beside reception were often rotten.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee corner is a very good service. Just one comment about the shower cubicle which is too small for people to move inside.

We had pleasant stay. I think the hotel is under rated considering it's location, cleanliness and services. Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't offer official breakfast but there is a complementary corner where you can eat and drink whatever you want and whenever you want. It is more than enough for basic breakfast for us. Noise at night because of its location and people dragging their luggage's at corridor is understandable considering it's building age and where it is. I am greatful also that they accommodate my request to have baby crib for free unlike other hotel they ask for fee.

Michel is superb

The hotel and the entrance (front desk) are shared, which was confusing at first. Although we only booked a room without meals, there was coffee, milk, orange juice, mini muffins, and cereal next to the front desk. It was nice that hot water was available. We took the elevator upstairs, went to the hotel at the back, and then took the elevator back down to our floor. The room was small, but the room and the entire hotel were decorated in a lovely style, which my daughter enjoyed. The only amenities provided were shampoo and body soap.

It was close to the center, the room was cute and clean, and it was very good. However, the lock was an old type and difficult to use. Other than that, it was really good. The free drink service was really great.
