Anemon Grand Adana Otel

AWFUL- TERRACIOUS- AWFUL, STAY AWAY We got married on December 10, 2022. Since we wanted to stay at the hotel on our first night, we preferred to stay at Adana Anemon Hotel on our wedding night, relying on our previous experience at Samsun Anemon Hotel. A few days before the wedding, we went to the hotel and announced that we would come that day as the bride and groom. The attendant at the reception said, "I'm glad you informed me, I'm taking notes." We arrived at the hotel around 00:15 at night. There was no valet to help us park our car. No one came to us when we got out of the vehicle. We entered the hotel with our wedding dress and groom suitcases and clothes on hangers. Since the automatic revolving door did not work, we also struggled to open the door next to it with the belongings we had. By the way, we didn't see a Bell boy or any other welcome attendant. When we came to the reception, the receptionist was saying we do not have room service to one of the customers on the phone, sir. After check-in, the receptionist said that we had to wait because there was no one to carry our belongings. Since we didn't want to wait, we moved our belongings to the room ourselves and went to our room not being satisfied at all. Mini bar was empty. It's empty you know. I called the reception and asked how this works. He said if there is anything you want, I can send it to the room. We didn't want anything with that anger. The next morning I left the room to get something from the car. When I got back, I knocked on the door. Since my wife will look through the door hole before opening the door, I put my eyes close to cover the door hole so that she can't see anything to make a joke. What is this? When I looked through the hole, I could see the inside of the room. The lens fell out of the door hole. There is a hole in the door where you can see the inside like a pumpkin when you look from the outside. People dress and undress in that room. We said yuh to this much. Room no 4004. I'm sure it's still in the same condition. Because we didn't see the mentality to deal with it. Be careful if there are still people on top of this comment. However, we had a mediocre breakfast with a warm tea. During breakfast, I had to stand up and warn as the attendants were chatting loud enough for everyone in the breakfast room to hear. After our early breakfast, we stayed longer and left the hotel, cursing ourselves so that we wouldn't get on our nerves.

Oda çok temiz değildi, kahvaltıda yiyecekler tükeniyordu ve yerine koymaları ciddi anlamda vakit alıyordu. Seçenekler de oldukça yetersiz. Girişte resepsiyonda çalışanlarda güleryüzlü ve yardımsever değillerdi. Genel olarak beklenin çok altında kalıyor.

Otel odasi ***et konforlu restauranti ve bar bölümü çok iyiydi personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi yatakları konforlu banyosu çok şık ti adanada aileleron konaklayabilmesi için ideal bir oteldi konumuda her yere yakindi

İş sebebi ile uzun süreli sürekli otellerde kalıyorum.Adana'da bu otelin oda fiyatı ortalamanın cok üzerinde ,aynı fiyatı veren diğer marka rakiplerinin (Divan-Ramada ( burası cok daha ucuz bu arada) Double Tree ,Hilton v.s gibi diğer oteller ile kalite ,hizmet ,temizlik hic birinde yarışamaz. Uzun süreli rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen oda kalite ve temizliğinin vasatlığından dolayı rez. iptal ettirip baska otele geçtim.4. kattaki otel odaları otelin havalandırması manzaralı ..Otel banyolarında kireç lekeleri var.Lavaboda abdest almak istesen lavabo hareket ediyor,sifon basılı kalıyor v.s vs. evet bu tarz konular diğer otellerdede olur ve rica edersen değişirler Anemon oteldede böyleydi ancak bu kadar tutar otelin rakiplerini incelerseniz cok cok daha kaliteli hizmet veren odalarda kalabilirsijniz.

Teknik incelemede bulunmak üzere gittiğimiz Adana'da kaldığımız otel çok vasattı, kahvaltısı çok kısıtlı ve azdı. Aynı şeyleri yedik durduk. Tıraş seti bile paralıydı,verdiğiniz paranın karşılığı değil.

Bir otel ancak bu kadar kötü hale getirilebilir. Yataklar kötü, duşlar kötü, şampuan desen farklı, kahvaltıyı anlatmaya kelimeler yetmez. Dışı sizi yakıyor içi beni misali. Yazık böyle bir yatırım heba ediliyor. Yönetim acilen el atmalı
