The air conditioning wasn't working well. Even when set to 16°C, it still wasn't cool. The toilet door couldn't close properly. The swimming pool is suitable for children.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. The pool with a slide was a huge hit with the kids, they loved it. Breakfast was standard but decent.

Hotel D'Palma is excellent for its facilities and hospitality. The staff are kind and efficient, and the hotel is close to many shops and a night market. The kids also loved the pool with a slide! However, I do have a small piece of feedback for the hotel management. I apologize for saying this, but the carpet and towels in our room smelled musty. The moment we walked into the room, the carpet smelled like rotten dried fish! It was very pungent! I initially thought it was just my nose, but after asking my husband and kids to check, they also confirmed the strong, musty smell coming from the carpet in the hotel room. It would be best if the hotel takes this issue seriously by improving or replacing the old carpets. I also hope that the staff and hotel will ensure the rooms are fragrant and comfortable for guests. I hope my feedback is well-received and that the hotel can make improvements. Thank you for our experience at this hotel.

Good value for money. Great location - quiet not too busy with some shop nearby. Spacious room and clean. Free private parking. Fun pool for kids. Overall very enjoyable stay for my families.

Strategic location. Near by hospital, mamak restaurant & every Saturday Pasar Malam just behind the hotel. Swimming pool just OK for kids.

Affordable room rates with good parking and a nice swimming pool. Rooms generally come equipped with an iron, kettle, and prayer mat (sejadah). Conveniently located in the heart of Shah Alam. It has a great ambiance with a newly renovated lobby and a mini grand piano.

The hotel service was good overall, and the staff responded quickly to requests. We received a towel with an unpleasant smell in the room, but after informing customer service, the replacement was delivered very fast. Appreciate the prompt action and professionalism from the team 👏🏼

The breakfast was really good. It's also one of the more affordable options. However, the room didn't have a window to see the outside, which I wouldn't recommend for anyone who experiences anxiety.

Easy to Acsess.. easy parking and free.. no need to walk around to reach reception..
