We spent eight days here and it was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was cleaned every day and the service was really excellent. Example - our hairdryer broke and was replaced immediately with a new one. The food was great and there was a large selection. Fruit, sweet desserts, several types of meat, pancakes in the morning, many salads. The service and staff were amazing in every way and I felt really welcome here. I must not forget the pool bar, where they mixed delicious cocktails for us on request. Overall I can recommend this resort. You will find fun and peace here. I will definitely come back with my friends!

I was here in June and I returned in October. Why? Because I fell in love with this place, and with the people who greeted me every day — at breakfast, lunch and dinner — with a genuine smile. This was not the usual holiday politeness. It felt sincere, warm and human. This is a place where one can truly relax: sit in the sun, listen to the sound of the waves, or enjoy the gentle background music that never overwhelms conversation. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. You simply do not want to leave and, when you finally must, you find yourself immediately planning your return. If anyone is wondering whether it is possible to come here and feel at ease, the answer is simple: yes. You can travel here without worry. I felt exceptionally calm and secure throughout my stay. People outside the hotel are kind, courteous and genuinely well disposed towards us. The local transport and infrastructure are better than one imagines before arriving. The airport is close, Monastir and Sousse are within easy reach, and you can go on your own without stress. And if you do not feel like leaving the hotel grounds at all, you don’t have to. Everything is here. Food, drinks, activities and care are available in almost generous abundance. There is no real need to look for anything elsewhere. The standard of the hotel is very high. Clean, fragrant, pleasantly comfortable in a natural, unforced way. The staff operate at a level that can fairly be called exemplary. In the restaurant the food is varied and simply delicious. Every meal feels like a small celebration. At the bars, from morning until night, you are looked after by smiling bartenders who clearly enjoy being with people. They bring you an aromatic coffee, prepare a beautifully coloured drink, chat with you, and remember what you like. The bar is the beating heart of the hotel. And the king of that bar is Alaya. Handsome, charismatic, with a sense of humour and remarkable talent. He does not merely pour drinks. He creates them. What he does behind the bar is a small performance. Fire, light, movement, rhythm. Pure pleasure to watch him work with such calm mastery and obvious passion. It is that moment in the day when everyone pauses for a while and simply watches the show. There is one more point I want to make absolutely clear: safety. I felt genuinely looked after here. The staff see everything, yet do so with discretion. If there is even the slightest situation that might turn into a problem, it is noticed early and resolved immediately, before anyone has a chance to feel uncomfortable. It gives a real sense of peace, and you can feel it everywhere. The men are striking, the women even more so, and everything takes place with culture and respect. I will return. Not once, not twice. I recommend this place with all my heart to anyone who needs warmth, rest, good energy, a true smile, and the feeling that nothing is missing. Rating? Six out of five. Fully deserved.

The Animators and animatons are great. They have realy great ideas for fun. Staf is wery frendly and funny. Food is realu testy. Hotel room are clining every day. Thats a realy greate place for family rest.

The animation team is the best. The rooms is very compfort. Service is very good. Food in restorant is delishes. All the cokteil is making very good.

The hotel's pools are described as "very clean" and "nice." The water slides are popular, especially for children. Guests appreciated the availability of sun loungers and the quality of the lifeguard supervision.That's great to hear!
