Was great. No hassle employees!!

The room was very clean. The common areas were very clean. However, the carpet looks like it’s original to the building . You couldn’t clean it enough to get to even look decent. Furniture is dated. I suppose the only way to keep prices down is to not invest in the place. IDK. Staff person was fine nothing great. Volume to remote didn’t work so have to manually adjust. No big deal but you’d think they would get that fixed. Fitness center was under renovation. That should have been noted. Overall, it met my need. One nights stay.

The staff were wonderful and the room was clean. However the bed was terrible.. It was completely sunken in the middle and uncomfortable. And the mattress on the pull out sofa was dirty and had several large stains. There was not any additional bedding to be able to use the pull out sofa bed either.

The guy at the front counter was a little out of pocket for saying you know you rented the cheapest room and its handicap accessible like i didnt already know that when buying the last room online anyways he was just trying to put me down because i had a woman with me.......other then that its a good place for a good price

The room was nice and clean, our only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower in room 123. There was in the sink but for some unknown reason the shower even when maxed out never got mare than room temp.

Key card needed to be reprogrammed twice and the it still took several attempts to get them to work. Wasted alot of water flushing the toilet twice each use, also had to jiggle the handle to keep thw water from running. What modern hotel doesn't have an elevator! What in the blue heavens to you people try to pass off a breakfast food!

The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the staff weren't very supportive. The walls were so thin you could hear people in and out of their rooms all night which made our dogs bark and woke up our baby. We were just not very happy with our stay and wish we would've just booked a STVR to begin with.

Very clean & quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast especially the waffles.

Front desk concierge was very friendly...a bit untidy but he was kind. Facility was ok...odd smell in hallway...room was meh...fridge was dirty with spill left from a previous customer. No hot water - warm for a few minutes then it went cold. TV remote was not synched to television so not able to use. You can tell it was attempting to get more modern but still mediocre. Could hear people nearby other televisions heard quite loudly and beds although comfortable had a spring box that was very loud when you move on it
