The hotel is decently clean, not 5-star luxury, and a little on the expensive side. The staff Mr Ganesh, Mr Praveen, Mr Nagaraju and security were exceptionally helpful and understanding of our special circumstances and accommodating to our requests! We thank them for this personally!

The service at this hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were a major letdown. The bed had uneven springs and was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The toilet seat was outdated and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room felt old. The windows were stuck and wouldn't open, which was frustrating. Given the price charged, the room quality doesn't match up to expectations. While the service was great, the outdated and uncomfortable room experience made it hard to fully enjoy my stay.

Nothing worked right here:
1. Long check-in wait times
2. Rooms are not clean with torn towels and broken furniture
3. No activities for kids at all and everything is chargeable

The rooms were very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant food also was good. My family and i came to celebrate an occasion and we had a good time . As you enter the staff greets you and serves a welcome drink. They make elderly couple sit and are caring staff.
