I had an incredible stay! The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect: super convenient while still being surprisingly quiet and peaceful. But what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely amazing, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the whole stay memorable. I would absolutely stay here again!

🎉 We brought our kids to Qingpu for a competition and stayed at the Crowne Plaza by Xiayang Lake! The environment is fantastic 🌿, built right by the lake, so you can see the lake from your window! The surrounding area is lush with trees, almost like a park, and there's not only the Qingpu Library 📚 but also the Qingpu Museum 🏛️, both great places to visit! 🎊 The hotel itself has a gym 🏋🏻‍♂️, swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♀️, tennis courts 🎾, a kids' club 🎠, a small animal farm 🐰, conference rooms, and more. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, satisfying all needs whether you're here for business, leisure, or a family trip ✨! 🎄 The room was quite nice. Being on the executive floor, the views were expansive, the room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub 🛁. The bedding was very comfortable 🛌! Excellent value for money! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Qingpu!

This hotel, near Fudan University, doesn't offer in-room dining, but it truly excels in every other aspect: environment, location, service, room quality, and cleanliness. I stayed here for 9 days this time and was genuinely sad to check out. **Location:** It's incredibly convenient for Fudan's School of Management, South Campus, North Campus, Main Campus, and Zhengda. Both Fudan University Metro Station and Guoquan Road Metro Station are close by. **Environment:** Clean, comfortable, and a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. **Room Facilities:** The space is adequate, with fairly standard amenities. There were a couple of downsides though: on the first day, the air conditioning in my 9th-floor room was faulty – I could only turn it on or off, not control the temperature, which made it very cold. This was resolved when I moved to the 12th floor. Also, the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and there's no self-service laundry. **Breakfast:** The Suzhou-style noodles are delicious, and there's a good variety of other options. They're also very prompt in refilling the food. **Service:** Both the front desk and concierge staff were excellent. A special shout-out to the housekeeping on the 12th floor – they were incredibly diligent, tidy, and thorough. How can one find such a gentle and elegant auntie? HR really hit the jackpot with her! She is genuinely someone who loves cleanliness; even when I said cleaning wasn't necessary, she would still proactively clean the bathroom floor and bedroom carpet. She managed to do a fantastic job of cleaning without disturbing the disinfection I had already done. When hiring, you really should look for people who are naturally meticulous about cleanliness.

Booked on behalf of a friend. It was a garden view room with a breakfast package, and they even got a box of Haagen-Dazs. The hotel location is very convenient, with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby, and the subway station isn't far either. There are also two parks, making for a great environment. The hotel restaurant service was excellent and very friendly. The front desk seemed busy; when checking out and asking for the ice cream, I was directed to the F&B department, even though there was Haagen-Dazs right next to them. Luckily, it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was good.

Throughout my stay, I experienced exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, staff proactively helped with my luggage, and they were incredibly patient and helpful with luggage storage and directions. Ivy at the front desk was particularly welcoming during check-in, actively engaging with guests and paying close attention to every service detail. My room had excellent natural light and felt spacious and unconfined. Amenities were replenished promptly, and the room offered a fantastic view of the golf course. Housekeeping thoughtfully provided turn-down service, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, without any disturbing noise, which was wonderfully therapeutic after a long journey.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman whose number ends in 2196, for such a smooth check-in process and excellent service! Also, a shoutout to the other friendly guy at the front desk. I had a really satisfying stay here. The room was quiet and the hotel environment was great. Our stay at the Snow Crown Hotel with the whole family was absolutely perfect! Before we even arrived, we contacted the hotel's guest services team and got connected with a butler. When we got to the hotel, we were able to get our rooms right away. They upgraded us to twin rooms, garden view rooms, and suites to accommodate the different needs of my family members, and everyone was very happy. The hotel is super convenient for Snow World, making it the best hotel for kids to play in the snow. After playing, it's just a few steps back to the room for a relaxing soak in the bathtub, which was so comfortable and helped prevent anyone from catching a cold. The hotel was running a promotion recently, so it was excellent value for money. When we checked out, the hotel even gave us a souvenir for each room. We're so grateful!

I had an early flight the next day and didn't want to travel back and forth, so I chose this hotel. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, an excellent location, and within walking distance of the Hongqiao business district. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was really good – I couldn't hear any noise at all, so I got a great rest. The package I booked included afternoon tea and a buffet dinner. The buffet dinner had a rich variety of dishes and tasted good. Unfortunately, I missed the afternoon tea due to time constraints. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended for flight connections!

I stayed here for a business trip. The front desk staff provided excellent service, they were very welcoming and even recommended some local specialty snacks in Jinshan. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was quite comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel feels upscale, and the view of Jinshui Lake across the street is beautiful; a morning walk there offers great fresh air. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Jinshan.
