This was my first time staying at a hotel so close to the subway, and the experience was fantastic! Right outside, you're in the bustling downtown area, which made shopping incredibly convenient. Yet, it didn't affect how quiet the room was at all. For this location, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling independently.

Facilities: The room is very new, with a large-screen TV and a smart toilet! The sofa is very soft, and the bedding and towels are relatively new! The hairdryer has strong airflow! I suggest adding conditioner and replacing the hand soap 🧴. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable! The room has no strange odors! It's very friendly for people with rhinitis! I chose a room not facing the street, so there was no noise, which is very important for someone like me who struggles with sleep. Environment: There's a gym and laundry room indoors, and the breakfast is plentiful! It's only 1-2km from Xuhui Center Metro City! It's also very close to Wukang Building and the Former Residence of Soong Ching-ling! I'll choose this place again next time. Service: The front desk staff were warm and provided thoughtful service!

Traveling to Shanghai with my kids, I stayed at this hotel and was really impressed. The room was very clean, the facilities were complete, and the overall environment was great. A special shout-out to the floor attendant for her thoughtful service! It was a wonderful stay, and next time I'm in Shanghai, this will definitely be my first choice again!

The room was very clean, the front desk manager was very friendly and upgraded the room type. Parking is convenient. You can park in the underground parking garage and then take the elevator directly to the lobby. Parking is free for guests staying in the hotel.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and they were always responsive to requests. However, there were many shortcomings in the details, especially regarding hygiene; the situation before we changed rooms was truly indescribable. Thankfully, the front office manager compensated us promptly and even offered complimentary breakfast, though the restaurant situation wasn't particularly good either. When checking in, the front desk agent was very careless and almost couldn't find the ID I handed him. Finally, because I left my bag at the hotel, they asked for a good review when I went back to pick it up. For service, I can give a good rating, but other aspects definitely need improvement. I can only say I won't give a low score!

The environment is pretty good, and the whole place feels quite new. The room itself is relatively spacious, though the shower stall is a bit small. Soundproofing definitely needs improvement. Guests in the room across from me were ordering takeout and opening/closing their door constantly between 1 and 2 AM, so I barely slept a wink. The duvet was too thick; I turned on the AC, and then it got too dry. Basically, I didn't get much sleep at all.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to the high-speed rail station and airport, and there's also a subway nearby, making travel convenient. The newly opened hotel has great facilities and is within walking distance of MixC and the Aegean Sea. The service is excellent, especially Nina at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
