The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's super convenient for visiting Jing'an Temple, Jiuguang Department Store, and Kerry Centre, making it perfect for a city walk. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and hotel parking is very convenient. The front desk staff and greeters are all very enthusiastic, and the cleaning aunties are also very friendly, always greeting you when you see them. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. The air conditioning was powerful, with excellent cooling – a dream for anyone who gets hot easily! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the mini wontons were delicious! This stay was a fantastic experience, highly recommended. I'll definitely choose Hilton again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room facilities were all in good working order; the water heater provided a steady stream, and the power outlets were conveniently located. The cleanliness was excellent, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding felt fresh and clean. Nora's service attitude was friendly and accommodating, and she was quick to respond to any issues. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at night, and it was easy to go for a walk outside. There were no hidden catches or unnecessary frills, which I appreciated. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

As soon as you enter the guest room, a sense of calm washes over you; it's impeccably clean, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The staff, especially Mili, are gentle, polite, and attentive. The courtyard is tranquil and full of ancient charm, a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The style is elegant yet not dull, offering an immersive experience of oriental aesthetics. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, providing an excellent overall experience.

I originally booked this Hilton last minute for a late-night layover with my child, worried that hotels near Hongqiao would be a hassle. To my surprise, the entire experience, from arriving at the front desk to heading to the airport the next day, was seamless. The hotel is close to the terminal, and the roads at night weren't complicated, so I didn't have to deal with long transfers while lugging luggage and a child. The room was quieter than expected, and my child fell asleep quickly. The bedding was comfortable, and the hot water in the bathroom was stable, allowing for a quick wash and tidy-up before checking out in the early morning. The lobby was clean and grand, check-in was fast, and the staff were very accommodating to families with luggage and children. Anthony, during check-in, proactively reminded us about breakfast times, shuttle information, and directions to the terminal. Seeing our many bags, he also specifically helped confirm luggage storage and entry/exit arrangements. His service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but rather steady and thoughtful. For families traveling, those with late-night layovers, or those with elderly people or children, the overall experience here offers great peace of mind, ensuring that rushing through the itinerary doesn't become a scramble.

This hotel is near the Zhangjiang Science Hall, so it is the most convient hotel if you have any activities there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast provides lots of options. One thing I want to point out: although the room is equipped with many intelligent things. For instance, toilet is intelligent, I do not really understand the design. As you can see from the attached gif, when you approach the toilet, the lid lifts automatically, which is great. However, the toilet seat also lifts. Is it designed only considering how males use it? And in addition, there are many males sit to use the toilet instead of standing. This is a very funny design, and I have to push down the toilet seat everytime to use it, which does not help with the life but create lots of troubles.

The hotel seemed a bit understaffed. On the day I arrived, there was no one at the concierge desk, but then again, there weren't many guests either, so the overall experience was still okay. My only complaint is that despite the low occupancy, I was given a room with a large electrical box obstructing the view, which was quite disappointing. The room itself was pretty standard, but the amenities provided were subpar. I asked for a shower cap, and the packaging was already wrinkled. On a positive note, Mila, one of the waitstaff in the breakfast restaurant, provided excellent service and helped me with many things. I'm very grateful to her!

The Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Songjiang Guangfulin is a garden resort hotel right next to the Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park. It has a small gate connecting directly to the scenic area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, and the overall environment is pleasant, making it perfect for a short getaway close to the city.
