Overall nice, but nobody informed us that basic equipment in the room like tea is extra charged. Some items in the room indeed had a price tag, but other don't, which made an impression that it is included in - already high - price. Finding out at checkout that our deposit is deduced was very disapointing and left a bad taste of the hotel.

the janitors 郑伶丽＆谭艳华 are very friendly and helpful. She helped me opened my door after verification to ensure i am the right person to the room. nice big room, however the surrounding only has one shopping place. and travel to city is rather far.

The hotel is grand and beautiful, and the decorations have a Chinese New Year atmosphere. I would like to express my special thanks to Gary the manager in the lobby, who can speak fluent English and has provided me with a lot of help. I will still choose to stay here in the future.
