The location is fantastic! It's right next to Exit 2 of Line 18, and Zhoupu Wanda Plaza is just around the corner. The service was excellent and the environment was very pleasant. Plus, it's super convenient for getting to Disneyland. What's even better is that it's a smart room, has a washing machine and a kitchen, all for just over 100 RMB per person!

The BEST hotel I’ve ever been to. Hands. Down. Like you’re 1min away for the metro and the personal is incredible!! The view from the room is also breathtaking you can see the sunrise from the room it’s incredible I recommend it because it’s a 10/10

My stay at Suju Hotel left me with mixed feelings. To be fair, the hotel's location and facilities are truly excellent – right next to the subway entrance, and the in-room projector and washing machine are thoughtful touches.
However, the service was quite disappointing. I arrived at 10 AM, exhausted from an early flight, and repeatedly pleaded with the front desk to allow an early check-in, even offering to pay extra. They said the room wasn't ready and asked me to wait for notification. I ended up waiting for a whole hour, so tired that I fell asleep on the lobby sofa. Ultimately, I couldn't check in until the official check-in time. If they had more flexible solutions for early arrivals, the experience would have been much better.

I did enjoy my stay. Lots of restaurants downstairs, subway just in front of building.
Hot water by has was super good.
Too bad that i dis not stay long enough to cook.
No cooking item is in the room however if staying long i would buy one.
Construction like noise surprised me but at night was quiet.
Front desk people are so friendly. I would go back there again though my shanghai friend said i was so far from city.
Our main purpose was Shanghai Disneyland….

Staff was friendly and they used hover boards.
I was surprised about this.
But the men who used the hoverboards are really talented and friendly.
Anyways, the check out was also smooth.
I had the housekeeping sometimes advice to clean the table, cause sometimes they forgot about it.
Towels were sufficient.
The staff was funny, professional and talented.
The quality of the washing machine wasn't good, cause it's running with cold water.
Clothes weren't clean after washing.
I CAN RECOMMEND TO USE HOT WATER FOR THE WASHING MACHINE.
Detergent was free of charge.
