When I arrived the place was under construction and entrance is at the back of the hotel and a ram to go up to only 1 lift. I only stayed 1 night and canceled the 6 nights booked and TRIP had help on the refund. No towels were provided. Wardrobe is lacking

The location of Guoyu is very good, close to Xujiahui Sun Moon Light, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping.
The front desk staff of the apartment is very good, actively asking about the well-being and serving tea and water.
The cleaning lady works very seriously.

The hotel is very rubbish and has a bad odor. I made a reservation for two nights and was told to upgrade the room for an extra 40 yuan. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. When I entered the door, there was an unpleasant smell of sewerage. The door where I stayed on the first night The lock was broken and could not be closed and kept beeping. The next day I tried to wash clothes but the washing machine leaked and water was everywhere. There was no way to change rooms. I put away my things and changed rooms, but the door was broken again. I went downstairs to find someone to change rooms with a bad attitude. The attitude was really bad. Then I changed another room. The washing machine and light were broken. I ran downstairs to change rooms. I ran back and forth three times to change rooms. The room was really smelly as soon as I entered the door. The air conditioner upstairs was very dirty, and there was an unspeakable stench. I slept until five or six in the morning and it was very noisy upstairs. It was not the sound of decoration, but things kept falling on the ground and rumbled. At three or four o'clock in the evening, the stick on the wall fell directly on my head. Absolutely lousy. The air conditioner is like a tractor. It's a technical job to build a second floor and go up and down the stairs. This is the first time I've seen an apartment in Shanghai that looks like the Mickey Mouse room in Hong Kong.
