The location is super convenient. The lobby has a great artistic vibe. The bed was really comfortable! Yuan Yuan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived quite late that night, there was only a street-facing room left, and the noise from the cars was disturbing my rest. Yuan Yuan specifically wrote a handover note, reminding her colleague on the next shift to move me to a different room the following morning. It was quiet and spacious. I'm very satisfied. This hotel offers great value for money.

I initially booked a 'Quiet King Room,' but it turned out to have no windows, so I upgraded to one with a window. However, the room was exceptionally small and a bit dusty. After one night, I couldn't stand it anymore and upgraded to an Executive King Room. But there was a persistent sewer smell from the drains that even pouring mineral water down couldn't cover up – both in the toilet and under the sink, the smell lingered. I had no choice but to keep the air conditioning on constantly. The location is good, though; it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to Jing'an Temple, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and Yu Garden.

The chairs are very dirty and rarely cleaned. Compared to [hotel name], this place falls far short. 3) The laundry facilities are clearly insufficient. Big brand, poor management!

Staying at Atour has become a habit whenever I visit Shanghai. It's conveniently located, the service is warm, it's clean and hygienic, and offers great value for money. I especially love the warm late-night snacks and the aromatic coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!

Getting to Shanghai Railway Station or other parts of Shanghai was a breeze. For me, the most important thing about a hotel isn't just how luxurious it is, but rather the consistent feeling of stability, comfort, and peace of mind it provides with each stay. This is my biggest impression after staying at several Atour hotels consecutively – the brand's quality and service are consistently excellent. No matter where I go, I know I won't be let down. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and that reassuring feeling of 'you can't go wrong with this choice,' the Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an is indeed an excellent option.
