I had an absolutely lovely stay. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and everything I needed. Close to transport, comfortable room, and I made use of the laundry and fitness areas too. Would happily stay here again, it was a great location to explore Shanghai from. Will stay longer next time.

A great hotel steps away from the Shanghai train station. Easy to go to the bund or the museums. The room was big and the AC worked perfectly. I only stayed overnight so I did not get to make use of the gym and other facilities. Seems quite popular with large foreign tour groups. I have no major complaints about the hotel.

The room is well designed, very clean with comfortable bedding. It’s near the Shanghai Railway station for which transportation around the city is convenient. The reception staff & housekeeping are all wonderful & polite people with good attitude. My second stay here and will come back when I return to Shanghai.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shanghai Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient. The room was also very clean and tidy. The staff were very attentive and the service was great. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is at very convenient location for taking the subway, making our trip around Shanghai quick and easy. My friend and I received amazing service from Lili (莉莉) as we were foreigners and had payment technicalities. She was very kind, patient and accomodating as she explained and helped us through the refund process to sort out our booking. We were also pleasantly surprised that she upgraded our room to the 20th floor. When we checked out to leave for the airport, Lili gave us a gift of eyemasks and essential oils for our trip back to Australia. We are very happy and grateful for her service during our stay. The rest of the staff were very kind and friendly, as they had recommended us a nearby store for souvenirs and places to visit as we had to change our itinerary due to the weather.

We recently completed a wonderful 5-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Shanghai. If you are an international traveler looking for an incredibly convenient base with world-class hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice. 📍 Prime Location The hotel is centrally located and exceptionally well-connected. It is literally just a 3-minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station, making local commuting via the metro or catching regional bullet trains completely hassle-free. 🌟 Outstanding Service (Going Above & Beyond) The front desk staff are truly exceptional and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for their guests. Because we ran into a language barrier while trying to coordinate a campus tour with a local university, the staff stepped in without hesitation and spoke to the university on our behalf to get everything sorted. We also want to give a special recognition to Ms. Wong and her colleagues. When we had trouble navigating the local food delivery apps, they kindly used their own personal apps to order food for us and allowed us to transfer the money directly to their accounts. They were also incredibly supportive with hailing local taxis and guiding us through Shanghai's public transport options every single day. 🍳 Buffet Breakfast The hotel offers a morning buffet breakfast for a very nominal charge. It has a great, decent spread that easily caters to different palates, including: Hot options (Porridge, Noodles, and freshly cooked Eggs) Western staples (Breads, Cereals, and pastries) Fresh Fruits and Salads 💡 Area for Improvement The only real critique we have is that the hotel lacks an in-house restaurant that serves lunch and dinner options. Having an all-day dining restaurant on-site would make the stay absolutely perfect. That being said, the incredible warmth of the staff more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Shanghai!

The location is near the railway station, the staffs are nice and friendly. The facilities are modern.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they offered me water upon check-in and lent me an umbrella when it rained. The room was clean, and there's a nice common area on the first floor for relaxing or having discussions. Breakfast was quite substantial, with a focus on Western-style options. It's also super convenient, just a five-minute walk from the subway station.

Good price for the hotel. Near metro and train station so is easy when we wish to go downtown or visit Suzhou as day trip. Room is spacious with 2 super single beds. On last day hotel helped me book a car to airport. So everything is perfect about the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. There's also free bottled water and coffee by the entrance. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Station! I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip. Don't forget my free room upgrade and fruit, haha!

I stayed at this hotel because I was catching a train. It's only a few minutes' walk to Shanghai Station, and the surrounding public transport is very convenient, with a subway station just a few minutes away. There are plenty of food options, including a shopping mall and many local eateries nearby.
