Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shanghai Jing'an

This stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable. What surprised me the most were the beddings – so soft, comfortable, and breathable, ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep and completely relieved my travel fatigue. The hotel's location is also superb, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The overall service was good too, with friendly staff. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is very close to the station, less than a 10-minute walk, which is super convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and bright. Although it wasn't big, it was perfectly adequate for a business trip.

Facilities: Pretty mediocre. The sink was tiny, the blackout screen outside the bathroom didn't close properly, and they even used sharp metal pieces as handles. Cleanliness: They didn't even bother to wipe the sink during cleaning. Environment: Subway access is quite convenient.

This hotel is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 1/3/4 Shanghai Railway Station, and you can even see Shanghai Station right across the street. The room was a bit bigger than I expected and looked very clean, plus it had a mini-fridge. It was a nice touch that food deliveries could be brought up by a robot. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were also very quick. However, the facilities felt a bit dated. The wooden panel above the toilet paper holder next to the toilet was loose, and the metal frame of the coat rack was also wobbly, which felt quite unsafe. The sink didn't drain well, and the central air conditioning's cooling wasn't very strong.

The environment and hygiene are excellent. It's very close to the train station. I needed a sewing kit and the front desk provided it quickly. The laundry room is also very convenient for ironing clothes. The stay experience was great, definitely worth coming back to.
