Shanghai Yunrui B&B (Wufeng Road)

I booked this room because of the many positive reviews and the reasonable price, but the experience was really bad. 1. When I arrived, they said the toilet wasn't in the room, which wasn't mentioned on the details page either. They said upgrading the room would cost extra, and the owner even said they mainly accept group bookings and don't take individual travelers like us. I laughed. That's ridiculous. If you don't accept group bookings, why make it public? 2. Regarding breakfast, the owner said they'd subsidize 10 yuan per room to eat at the restaurant next door. But what does "free breakfast" on the details page mean? It's completely irrelevant. I redeemed two breakfasts, which is equivalent to four breakfasts, for a 10 yuan subsidy. Even if they didn't provide it, this whole thing is pointless and made for a terrible experience. The next morning, we went for breakfast before 9 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. The lady at the shop even said, "What time is it? We'll have lunch later." Breakfast cost about 50 yuan, and we didn't eat much. Noodles were around 10+ yuan each. If you don't provide these, you won't complain. I hope you can improve this. 3. Let's talk about the room. We later upgraded to another room (with the bathroom inside). There was a hair on the bed, and hair on the showerhead in the bathroom. The silicone sealant was black and grimy. The soundproofing was also quite poor. The view from the balcony was okay, though. We arrived late at night and brought our own disposable bedding, thinking we'd make do for one night.

I went to Disneyland with two friends and stayed in a room. It was very affordable. Although the bathroom was not in the room but outside, it was big and comfortable to take a shower! There was nothing inconvenient. It was a private bathroom. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was leaking a little. It has been fixed now. The lady boss was also very polite and kept apologizing and saying hello. We were also able to be taken to Disneyland by a special car the next day. We had a lot of fun all day!

The boss is very nice. It's very close to the zoo and convenient to Disneyland. The pick-up and drop-off service is very good.

I was traveling alone with my child, and I discussed this with the owner beforehand. Originally, they wouldn't pick me up from the airport, but my sister was worried it would be inconvenient for me to handle the child by myself, so she came to pick me up. I bought an early bird ticket to Disneyland, which meant a 5:00 AM departure, and the owner was there to pick me up, even providing milk and bread. He also picked me up no matter what time I stayed in the evening. Truly a conscientious business owner. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this hotel is truly worth choosing.

The boss and his wife were very nice and patiently told us the route to the Bund. Disney is only about ten minutes away from the hotel, and they also provide a special car for pick-up, which is very convenient. The room was really clean and the bathroom had no smell at all. The breakfast was also very rich. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. I wish the boss's business will get better and better!

The B&B is very new, the whole house is clean and tidy, and the room is also clean. It is very suitable for living with family! The owner and the owner's wife are also very enthusiastic. Not only did they pick us up and drop us off at Disneyland at the time we requested, they also prepared breakfast. It was a very satisfying trip! I will stay here again when I come to Disneyland next time!

房間真的很乾凈，衞生間一點味道都沒有，跟我之前住過的民宿好了不止幾倍，老闆兩夫妻態度也很好，迪士尼免費接送10分鐘左右就到，還是按我們自己的時間去的，早餐也很豐富包子饅頭油條稀飯雞蛋，鹹菜特別好吃！反正就是好評啦！最後祝老闆家生意越來越好！下次還來他家

老闆夫妻倆很熱情，服務很周到，迪士尼都是私家車接送，我們什麼時候出發就什麼時候接送，房間很温馨整潔，住着很舒服非常安靜一覺睡到天亮。早餐也很好吃，種類也很多特別説一下老闆娘熬的粥是我吃過最好吃的。特別推薦。下次來玩還住他們家

訂了一間親子房，小傢伙很喜歡那個小帳篷，房間乾淨裝修很新乾淨舒適，最重要的是他家是私家車接送不需要等，老闆也很熱情的送我們去迪士尼，離迪士尼也就10分鐘左右，旁邊環境也非常舒適，超適合休閑度假，下次來還住他家。
