Excellent location, just a few minutes from the Tiantong Lu metro station, which is one stop away from Nanjingdong Lu. The room is spacious and equipped with microwave, fridge washing machine and drying rack. Cleanliness is okay but could be improved. Only disposable towels are provided. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

My stay here was fantastic! I have to commend the apartment's location – it's incredibly convenient! It's just a stone's throw from the subway station and a shopping mall, making it super easy to go out, shop, and grab a bite. Everything was hassle-free and convenient here, plus the environment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is essentially a converted apartment from a residential complex. While it has a wardrobe and a washing machine, there are no hangers. The room was extremely dusty; after just one night, my black clothes were covered in a layer of dust, and the sofa cover was also dusty. The curtains don't block out light, so I was woken up by the sun before 6 AM. I was exhausted after staying for two days. The location is over 2 kilometers from the Bund and Nanjing Road. The only upside is the view of the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). For the price, it's not cheap, and the value for money is poor.

Amazing service from PINKE SERVICED APARTMENT. Responsive staff and helpful. Helped us in ordering takeout and late night checked-in. A nice stay and highly recommended. The heater worked well especially in this cold winter weather. Thank you so much! View from the room 👍

The place was a bit difficult to find at first, but still near the subway. The room that I have booked was already taken and was put in a different room. The person that took care of me said that the view was great. However, the main view from the apartment was to a construction site. The view that he was referring to was from a small window in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, the paint in the kitchen area was peeling off, which I felt was a health hazard. The room is big enouch for 4 people. The room is clean and well equip. The check in couter is located on the 4th floor building 4 . Check in are available 24/7 . The last calation is good it took about 15-30 min walk to the nearest subway station Tiantong road line no 10 . Very convenience to connect to airport

The hotel is quite old and a little hard to find at first. The room and facilities are also very dated and could definitely use an upgrade. However, the location is fairly convenient as it’s within walking distance to the metro station. The best part of the stay was the person in charge — very helpful and accommodating with everything. Their service made the experience much better despite the condition of the hotel.

The hotel didn’t provide the bathing towel but disposable towerl only. There's a room of improve ment in the cleanliness. Overall, it was fine - great layout for families 3-4 pax.

I booked a room with bunk beds because we have kids, but the experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. The floor hadn’t been swept — it was covered with dust and hair. The entire room felt run-down, and there was a water leak in the bathroom. Although we requested cleaning, it wasn’t done properly. We kept sneezing throughout our stay due to the dust. After two nights, we discovered that behind the headboard there was even more dust and rubbish. When we asked to change rooms, the staff downgraded us to the room on the third floor with no view. The corridor was cluttered with neighbors’ belongings, and that room was also not clean. Even after asking for cleaning again, we still found dust, rubbish, and even a slipper under the bed. During our stay, no housekeeping was provided, and there was no drinking water available. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and service.
