I've been to the Zhongshan Park area countless times, but this was my first stay at Hyatt Centric, a vibrant, youth-oriented hotel under the HYATT group. The vibe is super trendy—from the artistic mosaic in the room to the front desk staff rocking denim uniforms.

The transportation is extremely convenient, and the hotel pays great attention to detail. The check-in experience was very comfortable, and the hotel features a trendy, youthful design. It's super convenient for business trips 👍. The breakfast has a good variety, and it's also a great place to meet up with friends.

Great location, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Hongqiao Station and the airport. The hotel has an elegant, vintage style, the breakfast is exquisite, and the service is attentive. There's a dedicated doorman to help hail taxis and carry luggage, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

This hotel in Shanghai indeed has a great ambiance and decor. I really liked the overall design of the room. However, having stayed in hotels outside of Shanghai, I felt the room was a bit small. At this price point, you really only find rooms of this size in Shanghai.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Yuyuan Road, a street with a distinct Shanghai charm. It's also across from Zhongshan Park, and the subway station is just a few meters away. Being a relatively new hotel, it feels very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Lydia's service was excellent, and they even provided fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is indeed clean and quiet, and the surrounding area is very convenient. I've stayed here more than once and highly recommend it!

The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff ladies are all very friendly. The hotel is right across from Zhongshan Park, and there's an underground passage directly connecting to Zhongshan Park Metro Station, Dragon Dream shopping mall, and other commercial areas. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around.

The room was clean, but the service was just okay. It was pretty annoying that there was no robot delivery for food, so I had to go downstairs myself to pick it up. Plus, the elevator doesn't go directly to the first floor; you have to switch elevators on the second floor, which was a real hassle. They didn't notify me about packages, nor did they deliver them to my room, which was very inconvenient.

Great location, right next to Zhongshan Park subway station, and surrounded by shopping areas. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful.
