Pod Inn (Shanghai Longyang Road Metro Station New International Expo Center)

Super nice hotel. Everytime i come shanghai sure this hotel because so near to Maglev station to airport. Its right beside metro line to city!

Pros: right by Maglev station, great for an overnight stay if you need. Lots of shops / coffees nearby. Linen was clean. Cons: bit rough around the edges, shower was gross, cockroaches in bathroom, very noisy in the hallway (you can hear people in the morning)

The hotel has a good location for those who need transportation by Metro or Maglev The room is not bad, and I'm confused about the windows in the room. So, about soap, they need to prepare themselves because it's the same as the water. Overall, it's okay for people going to work and for commuting.

INSTRUCTIONS: The hotel uses a shared entrance with another hotel. This was ultra confusing and I had to ask people for help. It's on 5th floor.  Lets starts with the good: it's clean, has hot water and clean towels and bedding. Bad: Is more like accommodation for construction workers. Smoke residue in room, people smoking in the lobby. The room is badly insulated from cold air going in the room therefore making the AC work poorly.  Next time I wouldn't choose this hotel.
