Shanghai Pujiang Country Park Shundi SHY Hotel

The hotel is pretty good. There's a lot of greenery in the garden, making it feel like a small park. It's quite pleasant to take a walk in the evening. The young lady at the front desk was very attentive. She carefully went over all the hotel's important information during check-in and even sent a copy of the check-in guide, facility layout, and precautions via WeChat. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the room after checking in; it was very spacious and clean. The balcony made the room look even bigger. The hotel breakfast had a good variety and tasted great, and the staff were very helpful. I had a really good night's sleep.

This hotel had several pleasant surprises for me. It was my first time booking it online, and upon arrival, the front desk informed me they had upgraded my room for free. The upgraded room was exceptionally spacious, almost a bit too large for one person. Despite its size, every corner was meticulously clean. It was fully furnished with a sofa, chairs, tables, and various other pieces. There were even two showers! After checking in, I ordered takeout, and the front desk staff arranged for it to be delivered directly to my room. If I wasn't in the room, they thoughtfully placed it inside, which was a comforting and warm gesture. I went to the front desk early in the morning to check out, and the process was quick and smooth. They even kindly asked about my stay experience.

The hotel looks grand with lush greenery and spacious open areas, creating a quiet and comfortable environment for a stroll. The front desk staff are very thoughtful; while waiting, you can help yourself to coffee, including Americano and espresso. Even small items like tissues and straws are neatly organized. The overall environment is clean and refreshing, and the facilities are relatively new. It's suitable whether you're staying for a night or just stopping over. The experience was very good and it's definitely worth a visit!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The courtyard at night is especially soothing, with the flowing clouds against the warm glow of the buildings creating an incredible atmosphere. The public courtyard space is open and quiet, and the outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing with the evening breeze. The guest rooms emit a soft light, and the overall architecture is elegant and grand, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The stay was relaxing and comfortable, with a clean and elegant environment. Here, you can shed the fatigue of travel and enjoy moments of peaceful serenity. It's a great choice for a vacation or a relaxing getaway, highly recommended.

The room was spacious and clean. It's very close to Renji Hospital, and they even offer a one-time shuttle service. When the hotel car broke down in the morning, they promptly called a Didi (ride-hailing service) for us. The front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies, provided excellent service. While the breakfast options weren't extensive, everything was meticulously prepared. Most importantly, my mother slept wonderfully!

The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent. The bread section offered a wide variety, with soft and fresh whole-wheat toast, and crispy, sweet butterfly pastries. You could freely combine them with various jams and butter. Further back, there were exquisite matcha pastries that looked and tasted amazing. The food stations were clean and tidy, and the cutlery was neatly arranged. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, with diverse choices to satisfy different tastes. Starting the day with breakfast here definitely enhanced our stay.

We arrived late at night when it was already dark. The hotel itself is quite spacious, but unfortunately, it kept raining heavily, so we couldn't go for a walk in the courtyard to enjoy the scenery. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded our room for free. With the recent strong winds and heavy rain in Shanghai, the front desk attendant thoughtfully reminded us to be careful when going out. When we ordered takeout, a quick call to the front desk was all it took for staff to deliver it right to our room. The room was very clean and large, so it didn't feel crowded even with the whole family. We booked for several nights in a row, and it was great. We'll definitely come back!

I booked this hotel in advance because my child had their high school entrance exams nearby. I didn't have high expectations when I booked it, but it turned out to be much better than I anticipated. The sheets and duvet covers were spotlessly white, there were no water stains on the bathroom counter, and the shower door was sparkling clean, without any watermarks. The tiled floor looked much cleaner than carpet, and it wasn't cold to walk on barefoot. What impressed me most was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was consistently stable; it didn't suddenly turn cold mid-shower. Although the hotel is by the road, the room was quiet. The windows offered decent sound insulation, and even though I'm a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in only took about two minutes. Check-out was quick too; I just dropped off the key card and left. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! This hotel definitely deserves more than five stars. I'm writing this review in the car after checking out, with some time to spare. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to my child's exam venue for their middle school entrance exam, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the bedding was spotless. Even on a rainy day, the duvet had no musty smell, just a fresh cotton scent. The pillow inserts didn't have any yellow stains either. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was very spacious, with a dry floor and no water stains on the toilet seat. I even bent down to inspect the shower corners, and there was no mold. Convenient power outlets by the bed meant no hunting for chargers. The air conditioning cooled down quickly and wasn't noisy. The shower had great water pressure, making hair washing a breeze. The environment was quiet; with the windows closed, I didn't hear a peep all night. The service was also good; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, with no waiting time. I also really liked the decor; I even took pictures for future home renovation inspiration. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my stay!
