Crystal Orange Hotel (Shanghai Zhongshan Park)

The room was great, very clean, and very quiet. It's also quite close to the commercial district and the subway station.

An excellent hotel. The decor and location live up to the Orange Crystal brand's positioning, offering high comfort. More importantly, Ms. Wang Mengru from the hotel staff and a gentleman at the front desk on the afternoon of October 6th were both very professional and friendly, which significantly enhanced my positive impression of the hotel.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and had great service attitudes. The room was also spotlessly clean.

Before checking in, I was drawn to the large room size and bright windows, which met my requirements perfectly. After checking in, I found the room to be clean, comfortable, and spacious. The mini-fridge had complimentary juices, sodas, and other beverages, plus coffee and tea bags. The large desk was ample for dining or working. The facilities and decor felt new. I highly recommend staying here. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to go for Japanese food or to the city center.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and responsive. The environment was quiet, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great rest! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even meticulously signed for and kept my numerous delivery packages safe.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The location met my needs, the room was spacious, and the service was good! Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and delicious!

This was my first stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel. The room was spacious enough, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The breakfast was excellent, especially the salad with its exceptionally fresh vegetables. The lobby is very beautiful with comforting colors. However, the hotel's location is quite far from the main road, and the entrance is very narrow, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. The hotel's laundry facilities are all LG brand, and there are plenty of them, which is perfect for business travelers. The coffee candy given by the front desk was also delicious.

I've been staying at this hotel for about two years. It's elegant and clean, and the breakfast quality is high, making it my first choice when I'm on business trips to the branch office. However, I was recently touched by something else. My budget constraints disrupted my two-week stay plan, catching me off guard. I had already booked another hotel, but a young lady changed my mind. Her name is Xiang Meng. I thought she was contacting me for check-in feedback and a good review, but my unintentional complaint led her to actively help me communicate with the hotel management for a suitable extension plan. I don't know if her communication process was smooth or if she faced any challenges. In the end, although I still exceeded my budget, I felt incredibly warm and also got to know a young lady who smiles like a flower.
