Great location, ideally situated. Big room with modern amenities, helpful staffs even if they have little English proficiencies, probably due to brand generally cater to locals. Room cleanliness can be improved, although there is no dust, but hair can be found sometimes on the floor, probably due to the floor colouring maybe hard to see. But above all an excellent hotel to stay while exploring Shanghai.

Location is good, in the middle of citywalk Maybe can add iron in the room more convenient

The room was too hot with no possibility to use the AC as it was only on heater mode after calling the reception. Generaly clean but found some hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I was waking up at 9 am by room service to clean the room ? [Stay only 1 night...]while I was sleeping, then 30 min later receive phone call saying that[ room expired- room expired ] With very poor English , I get scared that I misread the details, but after reviewing the late checkout, it was well at 2 pm....didn't understand why calling at 9.30 saying that 😵💫

My journey was very comfortable. I stayed on the 25th floor, and the room was very clean, bright, and very spacious, view outside the window was beautiful. The service attitude of the front desk staff was excellent, and the lobby design was very stylish.

love the alcohol pad prepared at the toilet, it should the cleanness of the hotel. walking distance to a big mall about 8-10 mins the location is not easy to find for taxi
