The location is excellent, right next to the LV cruise ship, and convenient for taking the subway. The customer service was responsive.

My whole family, including my elderly parents and children, came to Shanghai for a trip, and this homestay was an absolute gem! We could easily walk to the Natural History Museum, HKRI Taikoo Hui, and People's Square. Plus, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a bus. The rooms are incredibly comfortable – a spacious living room, large bedrooms, and plenty of amenities (the hosts replenished our supplies daily!🫰🏻). The hosts were also incredibly attentive, checking in on us from the moment we arrived to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable, which was a lovely touch.🌹 Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Next time my family visits, I'll definitely consider their other branches in the city; I'm sure they'll be just as fantastic!❤️❤️❤️

Facilities: All quite new and in excellent working order. Hygiene: The cleanliness was impeccable. Environment: Located in the city center, right next to the LV Cruise on Suzhou Creek, making it very convenient for getting around. Service: The service was very attentive; they answered every question I had.

Seriously didn't expect to stay in such a great B&B! I didn't have high hopes, but when I opened the door, I was stunned and immediately extended my stay by two more days. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. The place is clean, and the customer service is really thoughtful, almost always replying instantly. Traveling to Shanghai with my family, the eight of us stayed at this incredibly clean and tidy hotel. The location is truly excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the Bund, making it perfect for family trips. The customer service was very thorough, guiding us through the check-in process.

I frequently travel to Shanghai for business, and I often stay at Guisu B&B with clients and friends. The location and room types are excellent, and the staff are very attentive. It's a great living experience and highly recommended.

The room was quite spacious and the location was great. It's about a 5-6 minute walk from Exit 2 of Nanjing West Road Metro Station. Although it says 1st floor, it's actually on the 2nd floor, and there's a small elevator. It's super convenient with Taikoo Hui, Zhangyuan, and three subway lines nearby. The customer service was pretty good; when my room ran out of water, they immediately brought a case, and they were responsive to issues. However, there were no disposable slippers, so you'll need to bring your own when you come.
