IntercityHotel Shanghai Xuhui Binjiang International Media Port

I was disturbed by noise from the hallway in the middle of the night. Also, I was a bit grossed out when I found what looked like biscuit crumbs stuck inside the slippers in the room.

This hotel was a great help for my exam nearby. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. Parking was also super convenient, and it's really close to the Metro Line 11, so you won't get caught in the rain.

Staying at the Intercity Binjiang Hotel this time, I truly felt the warmth of home. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the floor attendants, with their constant smiles, kept asking if we needed anything. The hotel's digital management system is very advanced. It's also very close to Binjiang Dream Center, which is bustling at night, feeling like a second Xintiandi. This place is definitely worth revisiting. Thank you, Intercity Hotel, you're great!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the West Bund commercial area. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are brand new. The breakfast is also delicious, and the service is attentive and warm. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, located right in the West Bund Media Port, just a 3-minute walk to the West Bund Dream Center. They even upgraded my room upon check-in. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Longyao Road Station on Line 11. It's close to the West Bund Dream Center, offering direct access to the riverside and a pet-friendly neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are quite new, and the service is excellent. The only minor issues were that the pillows were a bit slow to bounce back, and the night light display wasn't very clear.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Huangpu River, just across the road from the Shanghai West Bund Dream Center area, making it very relaxing and stylish. The hotel boasts luxurious decor and comprehensive facilities. The front desk and room service are professional and responsive to every request. Breakfast is abundant, and the dining environment is comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money!

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The upgraded room with a living area was perfect for our late-night work schedule. The room was very quiet, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is also excellent – right across the road from the West Bund Dream Center, super close to all the places we wanted to visit, without having to worry about noise from a bustling area. We were very pleased. The only minor issue was a faint smell of smoke coming into the bathroom at night. When we reported it to the staff, they immediately responded and said they would arrange for maintenance to investigate. Still, very satisfied. Would happily book again!
