Not bad. The location is great, right inside Pudong Airport, within walking distance. However, there's a small issue: food deliveries can't get into the hotel. The room was clean and decent. Here's a small tip: make sure to get a room near the elevator. This hotel has very long hallways on each floor, and dragging luggage on the carpet can be incredibly tiring.

The hotel's location is super convenient, but what impressed me more was the thoughtful service. They proactively reached out to confirm details beforehand and followed up afterwards to check if I was satisfied. It's really touching to see a hotel so dedicated to customer satisfaction.

This Holiday Inn is located within Pudong Airport, making it incredibly convenient for transit. It was very quiet at night, and we weren't disturbed by any aircraft noise. The room facilities are very new, and the space is spacious. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you can't hear any airplane taking off or landing noise. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is equipped with a smart toilet. Toiletries are comprehensive. The front desk efficiently handled check-in, and the staff were polite and thoughtful. You can also store your luggage for free.

The hotel's location is excellent; after collecting my luggage, it was easy to find by following the signs. Even though it was late at night, every hotel staff member I encountered on the way in greeted me warmly and asked if I needed help with my luggage to the room. I was very pleased with their attitude and service. Check-in at the front desk was also very quick, clearly to allow guests to get to their rooms and rest as soon as possible, which was very thoughtful. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, and the breakfast staff were warm and friendly. Food items were replenished promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied. It was a great experience for a business stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The design is really well thought out and modern. My only issues were that the window couldn't open, making it a bit stuffy, and the smart toilet remote wasn't working. Everything else was great, and the lighting and furniture design were absolutely stunning!
