Very convenient, right next to the train station, and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room was spotless.

I blindly picked the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jing'an for my trip to Shanghai this time, and it turned out to be unexpectedly good! The front desk agent, Ivy, upgraded our family's room, which was spacious, and she also gave us an extra complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the service attitude from everyone was great. Definitely worth coming back to, highly recommended!

Meets international hotel management group standards. The only minor issue is that the automatic toilet lid in the bathroom is a bit too sensitive; it opens every time I walk past it or leave the room, which is a bit awkward.
