EASF Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub Xinfeng Middle Road)

The front desk service was excellent. Parking is free, and there's plenty of food available. Downstairs is a hub of snack vendors, so you don't have to drive around looking for restaurants, which saves a lot of hassle. The bedding was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The area nearby is very quiet, and the front desk service was great. Highly recommend!

The hotel environment is comfortable and the price is good. The front desk staff were patient. I booked a 1.35-meter twin room which was very spacious and I slept well at night. The hotel offers a laundry room, which is great for travelers. The only downside is that there's no detergent in the laundry room. I had to go to a nearby supermarket in the middle of a rainy night to buy some, and I couldn't even use all of it. The hotel really shouldn't skimp on this, or at least provide small packets at the front desk.

Oh wow, talking about this hotel, I have to mention their smart devices. It's my first time staying in such a smart hotel – everything is super automated! I didn't have to lift a finger for the air conditioning or the curtains. The bed in the room is really soft, and the pillows are super comfy with just the right amount of bounce. The room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly helpful and cheerful; her smile instantly brightened my day. It felt just like coming home. The front desk area itself is also very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful ornaments. Honestly, out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one is the best.

The staff were all very kind and handled any requests efficiently. Plus, there are tons of food options right downstairs, making it super convenient to grab a bite. It's truly a fantastic choice for a stay.

住過很多酒店，大多衹是過夜，這家是難得能讓人放鬆下來的。房間整潔沒有異味，床品舒服，環境安靜。設施齊全，用起來很順手。工作人員待人温和，處理事情干脆利落，服務態度超讚。一趟行程下來，這裏成了此行最治癒的小“繹”站，真心推薦！

誰懂啊！這家酒店不是那種千篇一律的標準化住宿，住進來有種臨時安家的感覺✨細節很戳人，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，休息環境很安靜。設施齊全也很好用，提供的記憶枕頭柔軟舒適回彈力很好。工作人員做事恰到好處，不會過度打擾，但有需要的時候響應很快。旅途疲憊在這裏直接被治癒，下次出行還會回購！
