The environment is beautiful and pleasant, especially the excellent location near Mercedes-Benz. The facilities are complete and met my requirements. It's just that the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

I've always wanted to stay at Kapok Hotel, and this time I booked it because I was attending a concert at Mercedes-Benz Arena. The location is excellent, the staff are warm and generous, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed was quite comfortable, which was a big plus! The breakfast had a great variety and tasted good; my child loved it too! I'll definitely stay here again!

The location is convenient for transportation, and the ambiance is cozy and elegant with smart, modern facilities. They arranged a quiet room for me in advance, and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was quite spacious. The staff was generally very responsive to all my questions, and the doorman proactively offered an umbrella rental, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. It would be even better if the Wi-Fi instructions were a bit clearer.

Excellent hotel! 🏨 Every time I'm in transit through Beijing Daxing Airport, I always choose the Mumian hotel there. This time, coming to Shanghai, I saw they just opened a Mumian last year, so I booked a room without hesitation! This hotel is great in every aspect. The entire hotel's style is very atmospheric and ceremonial, almost a magical blend of cyberpunk lighting with stone, steel, and wood materials. Even the slippers are unique! 🤣 The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located right across from the exhibition center.

Here, I truly learned the meaning of 'one thing at a time, with full dedication.' Mr. Johnson Sun Guoping, the Guest Services Manager, exemplified this quality through his service – focused entirely on check-in during the process, fully attentive when answering questions, and thoroughly addressing every request. This simple dedication is so refreshing in our multi-tasking era. See you next time!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, and the smart assistant in the room works quite well, though controlling the curtains and sheer blinds isn't very responsive. The TV in the room also supports screen mirroring. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; there were no dirty spots, even in the details. Since we kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on for the entire weekend, we didn't need housekeeping. The staff thoughtfully called to ask if we needed cleaning, so we weren't disturbed. Environment: The environment is also great. It's a hotel with a Shanghai-style design, quite stylish. Plus, since I was taking my girlfriend to a concert, it's within walking distance of the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Service: The staff were all very attentive. We arrived around 3 PM on Saturday, and although the front desk and concierge were a bit busy, they provided enthusiastic and orderly service. They actively helped with our luggage and escorted us to the elevator after check-in. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious, with attentive service. Shanghai Greenhouse Garden Tickets: The hotel booking included tickets to the Greenhouse Garden. At the front desk, they proactively gave us the tickets and also reminded us of closing days to avoid a wasted trip. Although we couldn't go in the end due to our schedule, the hotel staff were very responsible. I hope to have a chance to experience it next time I visit.

Came to Shanghai for the Hyrox competition and chose Kapok Hotel. It's just across the road from the venue, so the location is excellent. The room was clean. Seven from the front desk was super helpful, always answering my questions and quickly resolving any issues I had. Really great! I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Shanghai.
